I had usb touchpad, the same as found on laptops, mounted next to my steeringwheel and a mini usb keyboard. I ended up cracking the sh*ts with it and just went for a simple dvd player running through the screen.

glad you got it done with no probs az, one thing though I highly recomend you ditch the aux cable and hard wire the jvc to the speakers, that's what ive done and the increase in sound quality is amazing, I know have more bass and volume with just 4 boston 5x7s then I did with the bostins and a jaycar 8 with the icc, deffinately worth losing the steering controls for, especially if your jvc has a remote anyway.

His bloody amazing I reckon, as tweakin said theres way s to do everything, I've heard alot of his trick invlove alot or mirrors but ive got no idea how he uses them, either way its a good show. Anyone see when he got cut in half the other week? his feet were moving on when table and his head on torso on teh other table moving and people were walking between the two halves, crazy.

for most applications a rgb converter is required, however if you are looking at running a car pc and your mobo has a agp slot then you can purchase a arcade vga graphics card that will connect straight up to the icc, this is what I was running in my car pc and it worked a treat.

Hey I'm looking to put a 12inch sub in the boot running off a aftermarket amp and im wondering if theres a better way to get a signal rather then hi-low converters? I've been told to leave the stock amp connected otherwise the icc wont work properly and just to tap into the pre amp signal for the factory amp and run that to the aftermarket amp. Has anyone done this and know for sure that it works? and also what wires do I tap into? looking at the wiring dagram theres IN+, IN-, DIAG, and ACC, im assuming that I tap into IN+ and IN- but if anyone can clarify that is would be awesome.

just wait for them to fix it I suppose. If it drives fine when I get it back then I'll keep it, but if not I'll strip it down and buy a evo I think.

Hey guys, got some bad news to report. Some dickhead ran a red light yesterday morning and cleaned up my t well and proper. Unfortuneately its not a write off. I would have prefered to write it off and buy a bf, or even evo7. Not happy.

I havnt had one on my car in about a year and it doesnt seam to make much difference.

ive got a short 3inch 75degree alloy pipe comming stright from the turbo to a custom box where the battery used to be and a k & n pod filter, running no bov at all and the turbo flutter I get is absolutely riduculas, with the windows down it almost hurts your earts when backing off from full boost, I'm now looking to fit the standard bov onto the new piping to try reduce the turbo fluter because of how stupidly loud it is, to give you an idea my mate can hear me comming when I'm about 3km from his house. ITs ojly fun for a little while too, then it just gets annoying.

the converter is by far the best option, the clarion has composite video out and the icc requires a rgb video signal. As for replacing the screen, ive never seen it done but id guess its near on impossible to get a aftermarket screen to display your standard icc display
