I have had a FGX G6E from new.
It will not change down to low gear at a low speed unless you give it a boot full. At that point it is way to much as it is at a cross road, round about or car park.
It has been back to Ford 5 times with a different story each time - the last time I was told basically Im an idiot and dont know what I;m talking about.
Has anyone else had a similar fault and what has been done.
Dont get me wrong for a cheap car it is up near the M series etc and will pull 0-100 in a tad over 5 sec when Im in a hurry.
