its not the fat intake that is the exact issue. N6 is high in all grain type foods and those foods are what cause cholesterol levels to rise as all those foods lack N3. Dropping your calorie intake will not aid in cholesterol or lowering it. You need to counteract your 3 grains (omega-6) with omega 3. If you train and depending on your new diet you should be taking up to 6 fish oil tablets a day. @ROB83R was on the right track

Koya make some nice wheels too. Lightweight and form 8 - 11" wide in offsets from 0 to +43. The 11 is the exception which is +15 to +43. Some nice designs too. Sf01 I like but 02/03/04 all look good. Go for the Soniq. They are lg factory made. Hisense not so good and tend to fail rather easily If you want to name brand I can get you sony factory direct. Pm me details of what you want and ill sus out price/availability And they are crap lol. If you want decent without setting up server based pc etc etc go an extreamer. They are around $250 - $300 but what you save on a tv will be well worth the cash.
