  1. Is this going on a ba of bf/fg? ba uses the same alternator as au2 where as bf/fg was changed to an "smart alternator" that uses signal wire from the ecu.
  2. lol sure why not.... on a side note where is your train thread matty! am dissapointed
  3. do it...I moved from WA to NSW. SA is half the distance.....do it! do it! do it!
  4. ^ this benefits of ramdisk plus I do video editing and graphic design also so the more the merrier
  5. lol says the guy that didnt invite me for beer today! EADC
  6. That was certainly the plan I did think this but I can always run 2 other ssds in raid plus will leave room for later NVMe good point slipped my mind lol
  7. so you dont look at the outside world? other fit people? (in terms of gym here) although this is relevant in all parts of life. That doesnt motivate you to gym?
  8. what about the whole self motivation v external motivation? how does that impact you?
  9. FFMI is similar to BMI in a sense its a measurement that just takes into account muscle v fat rather than being fat if your BMI is high although being ripped. Dexa is a good way to determine this properly
  10. why not? we have every other thread lol
  11. couldnt agree more...can be as motivated as you want but if you dont get out of bed and train no matter what mind set then you may as well not bother.
  12. I would like to go the pro to get a bit faster again but im not sure its going to be worth it given its load speeds where it comes in and ~1sec isnt going to be noticeable anyway. cash can be spent better else where
  13. not me....too much depressing sh*t lol
  14. you need to you fat fark! just helping with the motivation
  15. sounds exciting. I have a ton of appointments and I cant be farked
  16. quote to keep the list going ive worked out roughly what I want. Rough prices so everyone can see what im looking at case: thermaltake 71 TG RGB ~$258 cpu: I7 7800x 6 core ~$500 mb: Gigabyte X299 AORUS Ultra ~$600 vc: Gigabyte 1080TI AORUS watferforce ~$1300 x 2 ssd: NVMe 1TB (happy puff? ) ~$600 ----- pro would be an option here but im not sure the gain is enough to justify the cost at this point also any external 2.5" ssd seems pointless given the board can take 3 NVMe if required hdd: seagate ironwolf 10tb (256mb cache) ~$480 ram: g.skill trident rgb 128gb (8 x 16) ~$2000 ------- this may change though depending however this will utilise the boards ability nicely but only being 3600 might be worth saving some cash and going a 4000+ in 64gb range that just leave a power supply, external blu ray burner (I have cds I need to access) and then the water cooling setup which is yet to be determined. Thinking soft piping only because it will be moved around.... so far it brings the price in around $7k - 6k if I drop back to 64gb @ 4000 which does seem quite viable
  17. hard to tell in the vid. Have you checked your manifold bolts? they like to come loose which will also cause some noise but cant really hear much in the vid
  18. sweet f a and nothing. you? dreaming! trucks to fast. will need a chute
  19. yeah I agree in that instance. as for moving games you can install to a drive from a remote image or likes anyway. no need to copy to the local drive then install, unless you have a gumby setup? im not too worried about the storage side of things, plenty of options. Prob have an NVMe, decent sized ssd for any other games need and a big HDD for data dumps, storage etc
  20. I wont have a million games on it....most will be a few flight sims, the rest will be installed and deleted plus ill have plenty of space via HDD for backup and options if I need be....at least that's the plan but this is just planning and working out what will be best for my goals long term. not due for release till 2018 but they look good, the other thing is this board will have some flexibility as prices drop for upgrades on the 2066 socket later on but I don't think it will be really necessary
  21. that's the plan. Having something that works extremely well under both circumstances is where im short falling for massive gain and ideally high detail 4k VR is a must for my next set of adventures
  22. looks crisp. yesterdays weather was perfect too. If you are looking for a self contained place down the coast man check out the bower. Its awesome http://www.thebower.com.au/
  23. yeah should fit perfect from what ive looked at....im not to worried about the cooling aspect till I actually start purchasing parts though
