yeah, they say 8400kj is the normal intake if you look at any cafe/food shop or fast food outlet etc it has it clearly stated which is 2000cal but that's not right. 2000cal is suited more for women and 2500cal is general intake for men (10000ishkj) so doesnt really seem like an "average" intake

Yeah they do have a bit of slack but not much at all. Should not be able to free move wheels but I may be reading to much into it take it to a driveline specialist rather than a mechanic. Usually a gearbox/driveline guy is best (I’ve found)

^ yep. not a bad idea but when you have a full house setup and decent fronts that run good mid/low range its a massive a waste. The sub will amplify that base and also what the fronts wont respond to. same theory as a car really when you have mids/tweeters and subs etc etc

😂😂 ive been lucky on the genetic side, havent had any problems come up to worry about the need for family history. When I was younger though I had constant nose bleeds and severe headaches where I couldnt walk from it....3years of mri and all that never found a thing and it kind of just went away. atleast you have something to move forward on now anyway and something to work towards

well it does when you are using it as an excuse for no money. Should have a few more weeks of pay checks or a pay out atleast if you got redundant......unless you got walked of with no payout which is unlikely stop being a tightarse
