  4. Hey mate , the turbo is just an out of the packet gtw3884r from Pac Performance with a turbo smart actuator.

  6. Hey guys, Finally broke into the 400's on 98 octane. All work has been performed by Joe at CMS Prestons since late 2016 and previous tune was 385rwkw on 18psi Since then I dropped the car off a couple weeks ago and supplied with GTW3884r turbo upgrade and Stage 4 Atomic cams & head studs. Joe worked his magic and car turned out 425rwkw and 1054nm all on the same 18psi. The difference is mind blowing how much harder it comes on boost and just keeps pulling up high! Very happy with it. Big thanks again to @JETURBO for supplying me with some goodies once more. pics should be attached hopefully..
  7. Just mining through Some old files thanks to google and noticed old mate above me is matching build number 487 as my fg mk2. Was hoping to find out how many fg mk2 F6 manuals were built....?? Mine was one of 2 for sale in Australia dating back to August since I started looking for one to buy and still only 2 on carsales now, almost 5 months later.
  8. Thanks guys, pretty damn happy with it for the power figure. They barely open the engine up to swap out pump gears and I wouldn't have had an issue supplying the valve springs if they thought they were a good idea, but it seems to be Russian roulette what power they withstand.
  9. Ok so got the car back on Friday arvo. Was a bit deflated when when I got the power figure, but driving it since has been a blast! Comes on hard and keeps powering through the rev range. Made 342rwkw and 939nm. Joe got it upto 380rwkw at 18psi, but the valve springs were letting go pretty bad at that range, so he pulled it back. Plus it was a stinker of a day in the dyno room I was told. At current power level car is smooth and runs perfect and I'll get the valve springs sorted in a few months and retune. Dyno graph attached hopefully

Update on the F6, dropped it off at CMS Prestons on Monday for oil pump gears, in-tank pump, surge tank, fuel rail, fuel pressure regulator, kpm 1000cc injectors, flash tuner, 12psi actuator, 11 blade wheel turbo conversion, flapper mod and dyno tune. Probably gonna be a stupid hot day when it's on the dyno, but see what happens on BP98

  12. Well that was a case of fluking it... new clutch sits lower to the floor and keeps cruise dis-engaged until you pull pedal back a touch with your foot!! Sorted haha but might help someone else one day
  13. Hey guys, I got my local mechanic to change my clutch yesterday and ever since I got it back I can't get the cruise control to engage. just wondering if there is anything they may have bumped to effect it like a harness or earth ect under the car?? cheers
  14. Didn't know where else to post, bit this thread gets a but of traffic either way. Get into Repco this week for 10L of Penrite HPR 10, 10w-50 (Extra 10) $85 on special. Or 5L for $47 I think it was. Their Ryco filters also $5 cheaper than Supercheap.
  15. Fitted the Plaz cooler kit, battery Relo and 4" intake. Bit of a stuff around with the cooler piping, but got there in the end! Car is booked in at JEM for remaining mods and tune November 8th. Sticking with the stock turbo until sometime next year, so I can save a bit of Moolah up to get more internal supporting mods upgraded to get potential out of that bigger setup. So for now will just get the fuel system & turbo mods done and aim for 400 on 98.
