  1. Because I don't have a flash tuner its all dynod Problem solved for now though got my hands on a new boost solianoid an is capping to 12-14psi now witch is much better then it was
  2. Im in the middle off taaking the turbo off now to check the actuator out an check my preload An yes I know stay off the pedal an should be fine but I just cant help my self I have a heavy foot... guess im gonna have to but :(
  3. Thanks ralph! So are we kinda putting the over boost down to my actuaor? Is there anyway of bring my boost levels down for the mean time till I get my external an eboost
  4. My actuaor was running the boost fine untill now.. I was looking into doing external gate now so I didnt run into anymore problems with the internal in the future an im also going external so I can have maximum boost control as iv already replace the turbo core previously due to blocked oil lines dont want to replace another core or motor it self due to over boosting or spiking an also wanting for a SCCCRRREAAMMMMER

Im located brisbane northside car was tuned by mercury motorsports only 2months ago I also disagree with by passing the solianoid I have a turbosmart eboost 2 street lined up just waiting to pick it up I already have highflow cat & good exshaust I am looking into an external wastegate can anyone point me in the right direction on witch to get... (I do all mech work my self) only goes to shop for tune etc
  6. Car has been tuned propley besides bypassing boost solenoid.... was dyno tuned by a what is MENT to be a good performance shop... Could the acctuaor be clapped out?? Looking into external waste gate now... What sort/size external should I be looking at? Wanting to get dome decent numbers out of her in the very near future

Ok so I have a ba xr6t that has aftermarket intercooler an pipeing 1000cc injectors iwg75 wastegate with 12psi spring Exshaust etc to match Car is dyno turned an tuned for 12psi.. was capped at 12psi due to faulty boost solenoid and needing valve springs upgraded So they capped my boost to 12psi an bypassed the boost solenoid was running great for awhile (2 months) Now my boost is reaching 17-19psi of boost checked for boost leaks etc an tried installing a boost tee to attempt to bring my boost down with no success car seems to run fine with the 17-19psi I can tell its leaning out abit but not ovally bad an dont want to blow a rod out the side So any help on why the sudden over boosting? An any tips on gow to bring my boost back down to a safe level
