  1. Correct the Process West part below is $99.00
  2. The problem is the factory plastic intercooler hose is approx. 63mm ID where it clamps on....my elbow is 76mm OD. If you buy a 3in to 2.5in straight silicon hose joiner then you should be able to use my elbow Kev
  3. At this stage I can only confirm that the elbow will fit with my stage 2 piping kit. It wont work with the factory piping. I wont be taking anymore orders for this part at the moment. The tooling is being produced to have this cast in one piece and will be 4-5 weeks away Kev
  4. Tuned my GS ute today...thanks to Simon from Extreme for tuning for the flash tuner and the tune. If you have an Xr6T/F6 and are thinking about what car will be next...just get one of the new supercharged FPV vehicles...you wont be sorry shows the new Coyote supercharged 5.0l Interior with leather option is nice ...Stock power, to be honest it felt like an NA V8 and looking at the dyno sheet below you can see the boost was as low as 3psi up the top. This new supercharged 5.0L is a weapon to say the least. 350kw atws (on a heart breaker Mainline dyno)...no other mods..just the tune.
  5. Here is a look at the Process West FG plastic elbow replacement... I will have a batch of these ready to go in a few days...cost is $99.00
  6. Brian I have the Willall titanium Exhaust and tune in my GTR now....gunna give it a squirt at WSID tomorrow night (Wed 6th April) I clicked off a wheel spinning 3.1 sec 0-100 with my performance box yesterday..the thing is a jet What colour is your GTR Kev
  7. no rain in Wollongong right now...roads are dry
  8. Datsun is clean and ready to go...see you all tonight Kev
  9. Im in...but only if I can bring my old Datsun. Kev
  10. not at all... $99.00 is the correct price for this part. Kev
  11. My FG replacement throttle body elbow will be available in a few days. Very similar to the part I supply in my new FG stage 3 kit with a revised angle to suit either the factory piping or my stage 2 piping. Cost will be $99.00 keep an eye on my vendor section. Kev
  12. about 100 times less goofing about doing it this way
  13. Yes, I purchased one intercooler from you...so what I purchased mandrel bends from Performance Manufacturing...the business you USED to be a part off. I have never purchased bends from "Plazmaman" Your awesome...well done. Have a great Christmas Alex and Oyay...looking forward to another competitive year next year. Kev
  14. All good :-)
  15. I source my CNC bent aluminium tube from another Sydney business. I have been buying from them for about 8 years now. Kev
  16. Yes. Our under battery cold air intakes and the surge tanks are almost indentical...my product was copied in both cases. (do a seach on this forum and you can see who made the knock offs and who designed the product and released it first). And yes, I have a large in house CNC vertical machining centre..(had that first too). I dont have a CNC mandrel bender though. Kev
  17. Haha...I dont think so Kev
  18. I have a Vbox (called Performance box here). Id like to know how the 60 to 130 is done. Do you cruise at just below 60mph then get on it or do you do a standing start?? A stock R35 GTR is supposed to do around 9.5 seconds. Ill find a private road tomorrow and take mine out...will post the results here. If I can find Rob with his 508rwkw BF we will give that a go as well. Ive been meaning to post some data from my Performance box for a while now. In my opinion it is one of the best ways to measure any performance gains from mods...(Ive used it mostly on the circuit for lap times etc) more info on the unit here.. http://www.performancebox.co.uk/ Kev
  19. A few years ago I did some testing measuring individual cylinder air/fuel ratio and exhaust gas temps. This was a mammoth job. The difference between cylinders is huge and is doesnt make any difference which aftermarket plenum or stock plenum you use. There are a dozen things after the plenum which will have an effect on cylinder balance. In my opinion the exhaust manifold makes a lot of difference. A properly designed aftermarket exhaust manifold is the way to go. A couple of pics of the stock manifold we modded to accept individual O2 sensors and EGT sensors. Kev
  20. The only reason more power was made was because they added larger injectors and tickled up the tune.
  21. new stage 2 is the largest non-metal cutting intercooler on the market, has 3in inlet/outlets. Its also a part of these new packages. PROCESS WEST - Ford XR6T Turbo Fuel Anti-surge System (^^^ dont know why it says anti-surge system - the link is correct)
  22. Looks good mate... Its worth noting that the above is my original stage 2 kit, not the latest version of my stage 2. Kev
  23. Although the FG has limited openings for air to enter the air box area they are still a very efficient air intake. You also have 1 Bar of atmospheric air pressure trying to find its way in there...dont stress. Kev
  24. Nice numbers Kent...now its time to get back on the strip ;-) Kev
  25. This.. in black...largest non-metal cutting intercooler for the BA/BF on the market. PROCESS WEST - Ford XR6 Turbo - Upgrade Intercooler Kev
