    Spent 8mths in the US a few yrs back, Ive had fried everything with Maple syrup, hickory bacon ftw Corn bread fried chicken hickory bacon maple syrup with a gallon of coke= best hangover brekky ive ever had. Run that at least once a yr now .

    The going on site when ever u like will never happen! Even though u are the intended owner of the project, until the keys are in your hands...its not actually your property! Its private property and a construction site. Its a poor way to conduct a system but it is the best way to limit any incidents of injury. Plus the builder can hide all the I <3 Bananas ups that are made along the way.

    I think it will be more the 2. Code doesnt matter in all aspects, as long as its structurally sound. Its ridiculous what builders can get away with these day.
