  4. Geez 3k for a inspecton and tune with a xcal... Fark that. The FG turbo (gt3540)is maxed out around 320-340rwkw. Unless your going to look for more power then that? Id look at a high flow cat plus dump pipe with some bosch 650cc injectors purely cause cheaper jets and will be plenty enough for the power the stock turbo can hand out.

    Standard rate for tuners are $900 Though if the tuner uses SCT factor in another $600 for the SCT box, that box stays with u and gives u data logging and fault codes if any pop up. Id suggest - injectors, high flow cat, dump pipe, and cooler, those parts can be found second hand and mite only cost $1500-2k, new it would be around $3500-4k. The car would gain around 100rwkw from those mods

  8. F6 cooler and xr6 cooler are pretty much the same in mass, u will want a bigger coolsr mate. The f6 injectors will be maxed the fark out and will cause lean outs at those power figures. Look into some bosch 650cc jets and a bigger cooler. Where u located? Whos tuning it?
  9. Tuned by a very good tuna, He uses SCT yes? U should be able to use your x4? To pull codes.
  10. Whats the full list of mods? The tunes max psi? U mite have a dud injector, have u checked if they are all pulsing? It mite be a hose connection in the tank? Im def running with fuel issue though. @Puffwagon @JETURBO @Ralph Wiggum mite have some clues??
  11. The fact its at low revs after a bashing would kinda rule out valvesprings yeah? If the issue was at high revs id 100% agree with springs being stuffed. What mods have u got? It sounds like a fuel issue to me, did u upgrade the intank pump?
  12. 120mm is bsa requirements, id say it was a diy job done by the book haha, or maybe it was first poored for a water tank? Either way a farking fun time ripping it up. 9inch grinder a sledge hammer mite of worked quicker
