Every step I took I fell over until old mate Jet helped me out about 47 times and really wish I just sent it over to him in the first place.
The final cost will end up the same and that's taking 5ish k of frieght into account as well.
Seems I got stung and by a shop that had no farking iide on anything..
Like fitting B series id1000 to a fg.
Its still gonna cost about 3k to get it fixed up by cms and tuned.

Though u should be very proud of urself for the effort and class u have show us knobs on here mate.... wish I had the will to try do it myself, wallet wouldnt be a moth habitat.
Maybe take it back to jack beedhams and see what they farrrrked up?
Or take it to ford...
Or look for a tune shop and get them to fix it and fine tune the car all over.

As for your actual issue, is the car tuned at all? do u have a xcal? if so reload your file and it mite clear the problem itself.
Well I can tell u my 62lb file wont run my id1000s.
So my thoughts where that putting a stock file in against a modded fuel system would be a very very bad idea and probs wouldnt run anyway.
But im still learning these engines where puff seems to know a lil bit.

And why pay $300 for something when the file loaded can be tweaked to fix for usaully free if its a tune related issue from the same tuna?

Been there like many others before me.
I ended up with a blown engine in the end..
Something sooo small can make a big problem with a modified car...
Just get it back to the shop and let the pros fine tune it and she will be fine.
U got bigger injectors? fuel pump? cooler? any of = NOOOOO!!! just speak with tuner and book in asap.
It wont kill it but best to not thrash it either...
There is but u really dont need to bother...its running rich and im sure under light throttle say 50k zone or less it isnt happy? but fine around 80+ ?
