Feel the Boost

Hi guys just having abit of an issue trying to find some info I am new to the page. I have recently purchased a t56 6 speed flywheel and tailshaft. I only have a 5 speed ecu and loom I have been told that I will have a reverse lock out switch issue? I would like to know if anyone has either wired it in and work also how did you do it? also did you need to change your ecu or can I just get a tune or can it run off the 5 speed ecu with no changes?
