    Bf Stalling

timing would not normally have advanced and retarded on the same bank, but to me it sounds like the wrong cam caps as well
  2. With all your posts, I really think you need a new car. there will be no listing whether the pumps are the same as ford only sell it as a module and the modules are at least different
  3. thanks for asking the question on FB, I saw the answer, there are pro's and cons with both set ups and unless similar flowing pumps were used in the testing it can mean very little
  4. was the car intercooled in both applications?
  5. tyres give you grip and confidence, but correct set up suspension can add to this by moving the cars weight around as required, but cars power, driving style and road condition all change this, having good grip on a smooth flat road may have poor grip on a rough road. You need to specify what your issue is at the momment.I.e not enough turn in, understeer mid corner, understeer on corner exit, understeer on power, off power etc
  6. Are Herrods springs different to normal kings? it's not uncommon for manufacturers to produce product for another business but to their spec and the manufacturer can not sell it themselves. To the OP, what do you want to improve in the handling, you need to be more specific as almost everything is a trade off in another area and lowering the car does not always make it handle better, sometimes they're worse

I thinking I may not be happy for a long time and need to do some long term driveability testing Jim

any power increase is risking things, this car was originally set up for around 370, the owner then wanted 400 so a change of hardware in a few areas but the turbo was maxed out running 400 but lasted a while until the owner wanted some more, so a turbo change and a few other tweaks we saw 413 on 98 but at around 18 psi rather than 20+, drain the tank and filled with E85 and tune changes and you have what we see here

It is isn't it and it's a very nice car There is a bit in our section from the past but will update it when I get a bit more time Thanks and GTX35/82r yes but you will need at least pump and injectors So do I Thanks GTX35/82r, owner just wanted a smooth delivery and reasonable power without maxing everything out IAT probe is still in the dyno cabinet where it has been from day 1, never used it as the mainline has an inbuilt weather station and relies on data from that

18 psi actually I think it was 18.25 and enough timing to make the power

  15. Not me.
  16. so I take it your tuner is only adjusting the x3 and does not have the sct advantage software
  17. fockwits that smash glass in the bycycle lanes and then whinge when the bikes ride on the road
  18. 300 is acheiveable but the monza will struggle to handle the heat and it may need a heap of boost to do it
  19. Deca, HGH, Stanozol, picks and swabs? any estrogen blockers?
  20. what have you asked for?
  21. Frozen eggs
  22. How many people here have had their mirrors taken off by a push bike? Came up on AFF a while back, don't think anyone had. If you are in traffic and a bike hits your mirror, how are you going to see his rego plate anyway, the sides of cars are normally higher than the bike would be, how much time would you have to get the rego even if it was high enough to see, how big do you think the plate would be, you are in a car, you would normally be quicker than a bike once moving. What if a pedestrian hit your car, how would you track them down? yes that has happened to me. don't you find it ironic that some people that whinge about the riders are the same ones that go street racing, yep no laws being broken there and no lives being put at risk
  23. lol, knew you pop in You could carry your eggs around in your bum bag, actually if you wanted to assault somebody, just do it to their face
  24. thanks mate but everybody is entitled to their opinion, whether right or wrong, many people do not understand road rules which leads to some of the problems, many bike riders, like car drivers break road rules which also leads to problems
  25. at what age do you need licence? in another 3 or 4 years you will be buying your child a bike, that bike will be ridden on a road somewhere, whether in front of your house a local court etc, should your child have to sit for a licence, are you going to be happy to pay for this licence? What about rego, people want bikes to be rego'd, would you be happy paying for your childs bike to be registered, I'll happily pay rego for my bike if they work out a system that discounts my other rego's as I can only be using 1 form of transport at a time
