you may be lucky and get a rwc tester that has no idea and passes the car, but there is a big list of things that are technically not correct and including the cutting to fit the cooler.
If you fit all stock parts and the actuator and flash it back to stock, the ecu should be able to make adjustments to cover the port job, well I would think it would, then it's just a case of hoping they do not see the cut but they may not look if all stock parts are fitted
