  1. they make various components in different kits but not a complete kit, the option range is not just a rebranded product
  2. noise makes some people think they are going faster, turbo side intakes are an example of this, same in the old days when owners would turn their air cleaner lid upside down
  3. I think ford engineers are probably a little higher in knowing what that plastic brace does compared to the rest of us, I have a customer that is an engineer at ford, he was more than willing to sacrifice a little performance rather than remove that bracing.

  5. Mal Wood clutches are not NPC clutches, NPC make some components for some of his clutch options but to Mals specs

  8. you may have just the thing off completely, why not just get a bigger intercooler, the part you have cut out is blocked by the bumper bar, are you going to cut that?

  12. it has said before, that running a restrictive exhaust is like farting through a straw, yes you can do it but your face is going to turn red doing it
  13. it can be used but the bolts in those positions will can loose often, if they come loose enough to fall out, you will have quite a bit of noise and low boost
  14. it's common that the temp reading drops out with many obd2 readers on some cars
  15. depending on driving style etc, I would use a surge tank but the KPM fuel module appears to work quite well
  16. 100 is E10, the higher octane does allow a little more spark to be used resulting in some more power, but the car will consume a little more of it
  17. The stock fuel pump has run out of flow at low 300's, I have posted data about this in the past and proved it quite a few times most these small turbo cars need timing pulled at the high end, a good exhaust etc can help but what you have posted appears pretty normal
  18. not everybody has their car tuned to extract every last bit of power and be on the edge, we tune to what either power or boost level a customer wants
