  1. Not all the small turbo's will make 330 , seem some maxed at 315. Bels G6et has seem a run or 2 at 330 with the V8 box edit: just realised you were talking F6 not Xr6T
  2. The factory controler does that also
  3. show the dyno sheet showing boost and actuator duty cycle
  4. Stock style injectors are help in by clips and keeps the direction correct
  5. I can't either and sent a ticket a while back, If I use Google chrome it allows me to do it but not using internet explorer 11 ??
  6. 76 is different to 82, does not flow as much air, eboost2 should do exactly the same thing as factory controller in that situation
  7. thanks very much mate, I've said it before but we try to deliver what the customer wants, I'm happy that you're happy
  8. you get what you pay for, not even genuine 044's are used
  9. FPV do meet emission regulations, but any manufacturer can change the car and get it emission passed to be legal, I.e HSV did with Mafless tunes. Technically your car is unroadworthy by just having a tune in t
  10. I have been told to only expect possibly another 20-30 rwkw above stock unit. We have to remember that boost is just a measurement of the un used air that the turbo has supplied but the engine can't consume, if the turbo can't supply enough air the boost will be falling over
  11. it will just be 1 constant exhaust leak for the reasons given above
  12. I have not done a GTX76 but from what I have been told by a supplier, it sounds like you have maxed it out. If the engine is consuming most the air it can pump then there will not be as high boost pressure at higher rpm
  13. for some reason I can not post links, or pics or smileys, but it is in my sponsor section but possibly 4 or 5 pages down do an advanced search, type in Performance Exhaust, type author as ratter and then tick search titles only, it worked for me

    Happy Dyno

1/4 mph vary with different things so is not as accurate as most will have you believe although takes away an operator trying to make numbers higher
  15. clutch choice has very little to do with the flywheel coming loose
  16. the tune is going to be affected if the muffler is left in a position not tuned for. The best option is to get a system that opens/closes automatically and consistently and tune around that, Bel 4" system has a boost referenced Flapper in the exhaust, actually made a lot more difference than what I was expecting noise wise
  17. you need to get your tuner to look at it, Ford normally are not interested in cars that have mods on them because it throws things into chaos in the ecu, they can only flash stock tunes into cars, they can not alter things to suit the mods, but either way, you need to work out what is going on before just assuming a tune will fix it
  18. on a FG most decent coolers require the radiator support bar to be cut off, this is why PW and PWR have developed their stepped coolers, for those that want to remain close to legal or do minimal to get back to legal
  19. same housing just higher nickel content in the metal to help resist cracking, but can still crack
  20. Many workshops can recalibrate them
