  1. Do you even read what is posted? You come across as a total tool and you're the one that is misleading people with your bullsh*t replies with nothing to back it up, I have supplied facts to my statements
  2. what power are you wanting? ID injectors are very Good and at present we are using KPM 1250 injectors in Bels G6ET and still idling at 550 rpm
  3. I'd recommend Iridium's, they will last a lot longer than the copper plug,
  4. you will still need to do the bushes, but seeing the cradle is coming out it will save you some money by doing the lsd at the same time
  5. tune is too greedy looking for boost
  6. I saw a car with a redback on it a few years ago, it did not perform as expected
  7. think the later style only has 2 hoses going to it where the early one has 3
  8. have a look at the sender unit, the early style was retained using bolts
  9. trans temp will have a lot to do with coolant temp.
  10. are you monitoring your coolant temps as well?

    Jet066 Reborn

Just being a little picky, I can pick a fault the floor mat is a little dirty otherwise Very nice car
  12. don't stress too much about that torque number, it is not a representation of engine torque, ask for the derived torque number which will be lower but closer to a correct engine torque
  13. if you had adjustable shocks you could give it a little more rebound damping on the front or stiffen the compression damping on the rear to slow the weight transfer from front to rear but you don't, so soften the front buy using smaller sway bar or stiffen rear by heavier sway bar, or just change tyres as others have mentioned
  14. FG housings are better grade of metal and do not crack as easy. You also have to, get a reference fitting put on the front cover, a new actuator bracket or modify a supplied multi fit one, different size outlet hose and different size inlet pipe
  15. does it understeer going into the corner, mid corner or on corner exit? but agree that the front needs to be softer or the rear made to be harder but will vary according to which part of the corner is your problem. Driving style can also influence understeer
  16. most people selling the GTX do not include a rear housing, your current one will fit on but requires the turbo port and flapper mod done to it. Most sellers give the impression that it is a straight bolt on arrangement, yes it bolts to the manifold and lines but there is more work to be done which adds to the cost
  17. yeah I do my own but there are plenty of people that do a good job, most turbo shops just seem to make a larger hole and fit the larger flapper, they can work in many cases but not all cases, it is normally only an issue if trying to keep the boost at lower levels, if can only get down to say 16 psi with control but you end up wanting to run 18 psi you do not need to go any more flow
  18. it doesn't have the centre muffler like the Nizpro system does
  19. we've gone bigger than that but a lot depends on the casting, but there is more to a good port job than just the size, we did a car a while back that was tuned in Sydney to 18 psi but on a cold night was getting 23 psi even after it had been ported, we removed the GTX and did our own port job and now it holds at 18.5 on a cold night, apparently the owner heard the overboost valve go off once on a very cold night at 19 psi at high revs after a long pull in 5th gear
  20. that is my understanding as well, yet I keep reading about ford going broke, closing down etc
  21. do you have proof of this? or just speculation have not seen any info about ford going under
  22. real happy how the wifes G6ET drives with the small turbo in it would only consider getting the gtx version of it rather than going the bigger turbo and taking away some it's low down power, but each to their own
