  1. KPM or ID injectors provide better low speed control than the siemens 60lb injector
  2. My Kpms are a direct fit, did not even need wiring adaptors.
  3. are these the actual injectors or a "generic pic", you need to make sure they are etched like the pics show, you will also need wiring adaptors.
  4. if you want ID's make sure you get ID's many do not,
  5. the issues will most likely be why the safety cable has disconnected
  6. think you may up a pretty well known creek but good luck anyway
  7. not off hand and as mentioned, there is a price list on his site, 2 weeks ago there was a shortage of cams though
  8. your tuner should be able to get some for you, otherwise I'm sure Brad can post some out
  9. a surge tank does not give the ability to make more power, the fuel pump does this, different surge tanks have different pumps and these pumps can sometimes be fitted in tank, but low levels in the tank can lead to surge which is what a surge tank helps protects against, KPM offer an intank pump set up that helps eliminate surge
  10. it was once accepted that the stock fuel pump could supply enough fuel to max out the small turbo, we proved this is not correct, many are basing their comments on nothing more than an afr printout and have no idea about how their fuel system is coping.
  11. stock fuel pump is run out of flow getting in the 300's
  12. 6 months old now, he is the best thing ever
  13. speak to your tuner as you re getting contradictive answers, if you supply a package that does not get what ever results you want, then you are responsible. for 300 F6 injectors are better than siemens 60 lb injectors the 60lb injectors are going to require rail spacers to fit the 60 lb injectors will not give as a nice idle as f6 or ID1000 injectors, not matter who tunes it many will tell you that their 60's idle fine, many have no idea about what is actually going on and it's normally fussy owners that pick up on it the f6 cooler is not great at that power level and forget about what people are saying about it being consistent from one dyno run to another, or for racing. Every time the car makes boost it is generating heat, so a blast through a couple of gears is like doing several dyno runs and fact is even with 1 dyno run if the heat is getting higher then the ecu will be pulling spark, so fact s just 1 dyno run will normally get higher rwkw numbers with a decent cooler and also be able to back it up. the car is not going to hold higher boost in the top end and fall off due to being the small turbo
  14. not any help with your question, but congrats Brad
  15. Have you asked the guy who is going to tune it?

    Detonation

have you been choosing tuners based on price?

    Detonation

sounds like a torque management issue, but only guessing

so second tuner and more issues?
  19. NO ok, will do
  20. at least I can progress now
  21. are you 100% sure? you have till Monday morning to change your mind
  22. I don't I've seen any difference between bf mk 1 or 2 springs at all, and all bf springs were better than ba
  23. when the car is flashed any learnt data will be lost so it is not uncommon for a trans to feel different
  24. no 6235 on BF's yet mate, we used the supplied actuator as the owner supplied it all himself, BF to FG should make no difference though
