  1. not really because if afr's need adjusting then other things in the tune probably do also
  2. possibly a week, just trying to control the other group buys is hard work
  3. we have coolers in another group buy
  4. some small turbo cars will not go past 315 with good mods. Fuel pump should be replaced at that power level Yes Rab, some FG's need valve springs at that power, we have one in the shop at the moment The soft ZF shifts can also kill the auto
  5. good to see other factual numbers. Although your cooler temp tops out at approx. 30 degrees, that is because of the nature of the OBD2 generic data being slow to report and the actual temp would have followed the same incline line until a few seconds after the dyno run was complete. Please do not take this as a criticism as the results are good, just trying to explain how things work
  6. will not bring it up any quicker than the factory one does, but a lot quicker than an air to oil cooler
  7. TRying to work out a deal on B series coolers at the moment, but as there is something like a dozen options makes it hard for pricing it.       I'm also about to do a group buy for PWR heat exchangers
  8. ID1000's are nicer even at idle compared to the 60lb, Bels G6ET has KPM 1250's and idles at 550 rpm
  9. we try to be as honest with our customers as possible and explain things so they know what they are getting into or what to expect. We will be looking at a B series process west group buy after the FG one is over, but it's a bit harder to work out what to include as there are so many options. If you have just started with the car, do some reading and you will get an idea of why it is best to steer away from some of the cheap stuff
  10. we have a group buy for FG intercoolers happening at the moment
  11. Looking at what others do with direct injection, I'm going to say no to the 5.0 litre being ready, not unless they have another set of heads ready
  12. pretty sure VT was the first to have lean cruise
  13. try local wreckers but there are various different columns and the correct type needs to be used again
  14. barrel is not available separate, it's part of the steering column, but there have been a few posts about patching one up
  15. Expensive Daewoo used to run 17:1 lean cruise mode on their Late model camira a few years ago, but as emissions tightened, it was ceased. Ford can not run a stratified charge because they do not have the correct piston design or a direct injection engine. We use the wrong spark plug gap on our cars to run lean. The stratified charge is used by a few manufacturers but is limited to direct injection engine and a light cruise situation, the cars that use it generally have a nox convertor in the exhaust system to clean the nox emissions. Our fuel is not good enough for the nox convertors so the import and operation of cars using this system have been limited in Australia. Euro5 should change some of this as I believe there is standards that our fuel needs to meet. Many people assume using less fuel means it's cleaner, it's not the case and many people just assume that lean is the only way to get better fuel economy, it's not

answered in your other thread and also by email
  17. can't run them lean because as mentioned stoich is the cleanest, spark can cause it's own issues but through cam timing and/or egr economy gains can be made
  18. depends on your tuner, we normally charge $300 but are doing it for $150 if we supply the cooler and do the tuning

    Help On 330Rwkw

depends on which shop is doing your tuning
  20. actually, some late models purposely lower torque to improve fuel economy
