    the front bar that has to be cut off is a structural part of the radiator support panel and is part of a legit rwc in Vic

    correct, the main radiator support panel bar has to be cut off, many don't care about this removal but can be an issue at rwc time

    The sender is plugged in for sure? If it was working 100% before and is plugged in, check the terminals on the new pump assembly for continuity.

    Process west were hoping to fill all orders within 2 weeks of the order being placed which was a few days late due to waiting for payments to clear, I spoke to them last week, they are waiting on stuff from the powder coaters and some silicon hose stock at this stage they think it will be next week (now this week) before the final orders go out, Bel is trying to get time to send an email to everyone who took part and are still waiting.

    if you have a capa 1 it limits your choice who can tune it if you want to use that box, only Capa or a tuner with a very old and not updated software can do it

    we had a car on the dyno once that the customer had fitted his own MW Opt 5 Twin plate, it was noisy and it started slipping at 430 rwkw, he asked us to pull it apart, we found he had fitted the intermediate black backwards so only 1 clutch plate was locked but also the nylon anti rattle bushes were not making contact, we cleaned it up, refitted it correctly and it was good and quiet

    with foot off the clutch, the clutch itself should not be making any noise from the intermediate plate as it will be clamped

    gearbox roll over noise can be amplified with some clutches

    Karl, Bizkets asked about what the injectors where, I answered, We understand you do not like KPM, you make that clear on many different pages etc, but do you need to drag it into every thread you possibly can?

    Don, we have found that 2 similar cars but with different strategies require very different numbers in the ZF file to achieve the same feel, still happy you like it though, Auto's are a real personal thing

    from what I see posted on a regular basis, the turbo smart stock replacement one is not a stock replacement
