  1. yeah 9-10,I got mine alot cheaper due to the fact I did so many 4speeds so peter from gilroys looked after me,its a fairly big job cheers lee
  2. I run a powerglide which is very similar,I mainly cruise so it works fine for me.I just wish I did it after the first one blew up!!instead of wasting money with another 4 four speeds!!I like it being full manual with a b&m shifter also. cheers lee
  3. I took my rear muffler of once sounded terrible,could only imagine how bad it would sound dumped at the diff!!turbo cars sound so much better with a resonator at the back cheers lee
  4. 12.60@ 115mph about 3yrs with 19"nangkangs with 270rwkw,havent tried since would be a waste of time lol cheers lee
  5. I use degreaser,then hose it off just dont get it down the coil packs car will run like a pig until it dries out!! cheers lee
  6. definatly go gilroys,he built my 4speeds and the powerglide im running!!peter is a very knowledgable guy knows his stuff and a nice guy to deal with.he has bent over backwards over the years to help me cant recommend him enough!! cheers lee
  7. ive got the turbosmart tee,and having it wound up makes the boost come on ridiculasly hard,which is the way I like it,having said that my car has been tuned that way!also the boost has a very flat curve,having ran the times I have on pump and factory turbo and in a ute it has definatly worked for me,but all tuners inc mine will recommend you using the factory comp which has been proven to work!   11. if you put more boost in it more than likely your timing will have to come down as it could possibly ping,not sure how many k,s you have on the new engine,but mine freed up after 5000ks and made 30 more kw,s cheers lee
  12. I agree if your running big boost they do go soft around those k,s, I changed mine and made a big difference at the strip,but if your running15-17 or less they will be fine cheers lee
  13. I run a 4" dump and custom 3.5 system,aslong as your run quality mufflers that will be fine!! cheers lee

  19. went out to willowbank after fitting stronger valve springs,ute made 334rwkw on the dyno before I went and managed to run 10.72@127.38 1.61 60ft,extremely happy with the result!!unfortunatly it was my 1st run of the nite then got booted,so didnt get a chance to run when it got colder.thanks to paul and tim from elite for the great tune felt very strong!! cheers lee
  20. willowbanks up hill isnt it lol,dave unless you bring it down around a major event,you,ll find its not much better than your track for grip!!mine gets of the line fine but when it hits full boost it smokes it more often then not,could only imagine what yours would do cheers lee

  22. another great time,people neglect how heavy the utes are(especially what his ute has got)hence why there isnt many in the top 30 quickest turbos in the land!!well done again!! cheers lee
