Hey there, I know this bloke that's selling his hard top that he used to have on his previous ute. Its the thin edge one, now I got a question coz hardtop is black and has some minor scratches from sitting in the shed I wanna know wheres the best place to paint and fit the hardtop in brisbane if any1 would know, and how much aprox would it cost. I can get this h/t for $450 prolly for even for 400 bux if I asked I know its cheap but how much will it cost me at the end :( Russ

yeh I think its the gear box noise, sounds like grind or rattle as u said when its in low engine speed and sometimes when I take off in first if I take off slowly but if I do I bit faster with bigger revs it doesnt do it .

ok went for a drive to my gfs place, I noticed same noise when I take off in first gear just after letting the clutch go. Its there just for second or 2. Sort of like lil grind noise, maybe belt tensioner :(. Its annoying when I know its there. Russ

Ok thanks, I just checked inner guard plastics to see if its hitting that but no sign :(, just another thing to let the ford know, I m also gonna complain about the drivers door not shutting properly and also the fuel door thing is opening sometimes . I know last 2 are minor issues but its a new car btw fpv tanny were u at the broad water car park last saturday seen a blue one just like yours with plates tyf*** something like that? Russ

Hey there guy, got a new bf xr6t 3 weeks ago, done about 2000k on it already, I m just qurious sometimes when I go into the corner or aroundbout I can hear something like scrubing or letting some sort of a air out. Is this the commen thing with these cars? I m gonna let the ford guys know about it when I go for 3000 check up service. Russ

Cars less then 3 weeks old and its got 1600 so I dont think I would be moving my boost up so stock boost I think that's 6pnd.
