Just Had the T tuned (Stage 1)at Bob Romano Performance Motors and I must say I am very Impressed with the results. I was a bit concerned that some of the Factory smoothness would be lost and the Mrs would have troubles but none of this has eventuated. The Car is now fantastic to drive (60kw gain) the auto shifts have been improved along with drivability, fuel economy etc. My thanks to Chris and co. Cheers

Had same Issue with Diff Noise. The only cure was to have Diff fully rebuilt fortunately this was covered under warrenty. Good luck with yours.

Update Cars Just spent a week at Ford Service Dept. Rear End Removed Stripped every Bush Lubricated etc. Cradle Cushioning Installed and Tail Shaft Re- Balanced. They have Tested car knocking Sound is history. Ya Hoo

I had Clunking Diff as well it need to be fully rebuilt fortunately it was covered by warranty. I have just got to resolve this Knocking Sound (ie Shocks?) then she will be sweet.

Count me in. I'm considering RDP Computer with Shift kit on/off switch and K & N Filter 300 fly wheel kw I beleive. Anybody running this set-up and how do you find it. Cheers Mark

I have had a Knocking Sound that has had us Stumped. for 6 Months. I was beginning to think I was the only Ba with this Problem. I shall investigate the Shocks. cheers

Definately not Diff its just been fully rebuilt. Its something to with Body or a Joint.

Come Guys I cant be the only BA with this problem. and yes boot contents have been removed prior to test I wish it was that simple.

Hi All, My ride is a BA XR6T Late 2003. I have Recently had Diff Rebuilt to cure Clunking Sound. Problem is I have a persistant knocking Sound on Take off. I have had car back to Ford 3 Times they cannot seem to find the problem. My Brother runs Mechanical Workshop and we are in process using sensors without joy. Anybody out there have similar Problem? If so what was it? cheers Mark
