Hi guys.. hope I am in the right area on the forum.. I have a brand new in 06 Bf Momo steering wheel was removed from my ute in the dealership prior to pick-up and has then sat in my spare room wrapped in plastic as I forgot it was there haha.. now the mrs wants it gone, how much do you think it would be worth? ill be able to provide picks but its an ego/black Momo wheel minus airbag and controls.. was gunna put it up on the classifieds when I find out a resonable price for it, still nice and soft like new.. thanks Q

here's my standard nizpro set-up..

when starting, at idle and when in gear at idle ive got a miss.. checked the spark plugs and the leads and nothing obvious.. it doesnt stop or surge around it just has what feels like a miss.. doesnt break down under load or revs, just at idle.. being an auto at idle when in D it surges around a bit and you can 'feel' the miss.. could it be the throttle body or TPS sensor ive read so much about? any ideas would be great

yeah mate its an AU sedan cap and its around $37 I didnt have the number but I just told the spares guy if it fits im gunna buy it.. he wasnt confident but thanks to swanee I was.. and it did to the surprise of the ford guy!

almost the same as ours but not as bulky and has a key/locking mechanism in the middle.. it basically whem locked makes the 'head' of the cap spin without engaging the thread.. if ya know what I mean

I tried to get the Au sedan lockable cap.. the ford spares man told me it wouldnt fit.. so I asked him to order it in and if it does ill buy it.. and it does.. he was more surprised I knew this from the internet than anything else.. not cheap at $37.95 but im happier leaving the ute out on the streets knowing some dick isnt going to put something else in my tank besides ultimate so thanks to swanee good job mate!

yeah been doing a few runs to rotto on the ski during the week.. getting to be a busy place though.. rotto box is always empty but im not always keen on dry reef when we going for a day out there Kezza? weekdays are the go for me had a few nice waves down the coast last week.. me at fun boodge.. more barrels than donkey kong bad pic quality thanks to our IT dept reducing incoming pic sizes and res.. sun on wave looks like <div class='bbimg'> </div>

all the ins are RCA(yellow,red,white) and outs are just low level red and white audio.. then I have the lead from the ear phone jack on ipod that has RCA(as above) output plugged straight in.. they also provided me with an inline filter/booster for crisper sound from the inputs they are on the aussie ford forums so check it out!

ive got 3 RCA inputs for the ICC.. reverse camera 80Gb Ipodvid DVD player 3 low level outputs for amps too! give fadi a call from AFF.. I think its aussie logistics.. they make the dashes for ford I think.. came back with more warranty stickers than when I sent it.. not that cheap but having proper inputs and outputs almost makes up for the standard deck and screen

when we having a surf then mate? im over most of this flat weather lately.. any hidden reefs we can play around on up there? I know of a good tow in spot at wedge

I have the hump and arent short.. still doesnt stop you reversing into little kiddies if they get behind you when not looking.. I have the ALS reversing cam/dvd/ipod running thru the big screen in my ute.. works a treat:)

yeah we made a good pair of utes for sure did you end up having a beer with the 'stang' boys? we had the stezza up then I looked right and there was a mx wheel at my roof height just flying past me and between another car on the cats eyes then he smashed another one down the hill towards the bp at scarbs at about 100kmh, locked the back, dropped the front and shot right across incoming traffic behind the hotel.. I was waiting on a 'lara'(bingle) for sure we will have to harras simon together one day mate.. im heading up friday for some tweaks from MR XTREME!
