  1. What a scandal me and my lap top have began! First up I'm not interested in stealing customers from him, I'm happy to tune a few cars here and there because I enjoy it , and it's extra income for my business. I don't advertise tuning customer cars, but if things lead to it, then ill progress on a larger degree. I'm not interested in chasing kws, I tune for street ability , factory manors , correct temperature compensations ... If your main concern is joining the 300kw or 400kw, or running tens, I'm not for you... Ill tune a motor to its safe capabilities , I'm not interested in doing run after run trying to make 390kw into 400 just for the sake if a number. I am defiantly not new to tuning turbo falcons, I tuned my own turbo EA back in 2001. Just because I haven't tuned professionally and promoted myself as a tuner doesn't mean I'm some hack ripping off shop tunes and having a crack at it myself. Unfortunately in business people are easily threatened by the "new guy", if your crap at it, the big boys don't care, but if your good at it, we'll we can see what happens there...

    My Gt 335

Very nice Erko, hope to see it at a track day soon.
  3. Good find mate, I think alot of cars here could have a bigger flowing rail... Turbosmart do an adapter to fit their 1200 reg on
  4. Xforce twin 3inch with my 3.5inch straight pipes... badass, good outer suburb system
  5. clearly taking the piss...
  6. Spotted wiseman at RousHill the other arvo... one tuff looking F6
  7. Yes but call or email me to discuss it as I dont like to do these "one size fits all" as you may prefer a different pump or lines ect Toads, I like to have them within easy access and sight, its good to be able to monitor pressure while doing a dyno run, and make any quick allen key adjustments... but yeah out of sight would be prefered for stealth reasons Vevas set up looks very neat and kind of stealth... maybe he might throw a pic up?
  8. Also , I was just at MSC and they have a new E85 rated rubber push on hose available now, so that gives us a cheaper , usable hose rather than using Teflon braided hose... So easy push on fit and factory looking rubber hose, plus it's alot cheaper.
  9. Vevas system is pretty much the best way to go on these cars upto around 1000hp @ fly. The system Ive been making up for poeple of late is... Billet fuel rail (Plaz or AeroFlow) Plazmaman Billet tank Aeromotive A1000 pump (or second 044 on my adapter mount) Turbosmart Reg (or Aeromotive) 1200hp rating minimum - #8 in & out Fuel Lines- Surge to Pump #10 ( a must have to keep the pump from crapping itself) Out of pump (A1000) #8 into Y splitter #8 to twin #6 Two #6 lines up to each end of rail One #8 line out of rail (centre) to Fuel Reg (#6 is fine for this side also.) One #6 line out of reg to Surge tank return ( #8 can also be used as the reg will have #8 outlets) Use Teflon braided lines with the correct fittings. Its also a good idea to fit a new OEM Ford filter, as they are fine with Effonal, and I prefer to use a NEW or low kay OEM intank pump, again Effonal is fine with them. The early Walbros are not Effonal approved, there is only ONE Walbro pump that is, and its hard to find, so for reliablitlity sake, a good OEM Ford pump is perfect, and a new OEM Ford sock filter. Remember that Ethonal is a very effective cleaner, so it will pull all the crud and debris from evey nook and cranny in the fuel system, so its a good idea to keep changing the main filter when you fist do the E85 conversion. Unfortunately its cleaning abillities have caused majority of issues with blocked lines ect, which is why poeple think its a corrosive fuel, its not when fitted to cars designed to use it... such as our cars running E10... more so NA falcons but you get the idea. I feel the rule of thumb is keep it simple, if your only going for 400kws then a simple system with ONE 750-1000hp pump & 80s or 1000cc injectors, keep all the OEM lines to the surge tank, just make sure the surgtank to pump line is E85 approved... The latest Plazmaman & ProcessWesst hoses are quoted as ok for E85 from what Im told. I hope no one is scared off from using E85, its such a dam good fuel, even the slightly up and down Eflex is awesome... we are so lucky to be able to drive up to a servo and fill up with what is basically super high octane race fuel, with large backing from major petroleum companies and out Government. You just have to know what level you want to take your motor to, and set it up accordinly.... do that and you wont have any issues... other than bald tyres and brown undies
  10. Yeah I don't think it's that high, I read something about some fuel pres gauges reading high and inconsistently at different temps... Maybe test it at the same outlet with a gauge you know works. If your getting stable fuel pressure from the stock reg then your ok, but alot if people have issues when using twin o44s on the stock reg... I ran twin o44s on stock reg for ages on my g6 without any dramas, but reliability wise I'd go for a rail and reg upgrade combo. You getting cold feet marky? Lol
  11. Kosij, your gauge isn't set up correctly to read rail pressure, fuel pres gauge on a return style fuel system needs to be on the reg as the reg closes up under pressure to maintain constant pressure. Your changing pressure could be voltage drop across the pumps... Did you upgrade the wiring loom to suit the extra current draw from the second 044? It's common to see voltage fluctuations on our cars, 13-14 volts and this can have a huge effect in the fuel system and injectors.
  12. What fuel reg are you using? any boost referenced reg will see 78psi on that boost when base is set at 60psi, as Mick said It's fairly common to bump up rail pressure to give injectors a bit more flow on boost, usually a band aid fix until bigger injectors are fitted. Good to see another happy E85 convert!
  13. you cant really say 450, or 400 or what ever, its always dependant and PCM calibrations and hardware.... if your motor can handle 20psi and a resonable amout of spark timing without overly increasing combustion temperature then it may happilyy make 450 for ages... but regardless of how perfectly set up the car is, your still relying on thin, wobbly toothpick conrods, brittle pistons ect 450 has been fine in many stock motors, but dont expect them all to be ok.
  14. So true... amazing how many tuners dont touch the cam timing
  15. Nice one, good solid result there... and one of the coolest looking FGs man, offset is sweet!
  16. Only the plazmaman caps for the xr6t mate
  17. Sucks the same air mate... itll make a good system
  18. that's a Plazmaman 4inch intake & airbox, not PW... it all looks good though, 12psi act, port wastgate, 4/3.5inch xforce , Valve springs, 80s, 400lt pump E85 Hello 400... tuned right, they last too lol
  19. Ah... W2A is in the works, but I'll be doing alot of track (circuit) testing befor anything gets released. I gathered some very helpful data was gathered from our days outing at Eastern Creek...
  20. Hi guys, Got new billet oil caps for GT GS coyote in this week. $65 plus post or pick up Sydney. Ill put one on the GT tomorow and put up some pics, they look very nice and great quality. Details at www.rapidsystems.com.au or call to order 0403981831
  21. Nice drive Matty... Congrats to CMS for their first ten. Very well tuned and set up F6. No tight arse fuel system on that Eflex car.
  22. I dunno why there's do much hoohar on here, the fuel is simply incredible for a cheap price. It's not such a big deal as people make out, if you have a nice 320kw 98 tune, most likely your fuel System is 60s and a 255lt Walbro... Buy a set of 80s and a 300lt Walbro , sell the 60s and 255 to get a few hundred $$ back, and get your tune redone, you'll see a 30-50kw gain , so for a parts cost of well under a grand, you just picked up a very decent jump in power... And not only do you have more power but the motor is actually safer on e85 If you have a send it to me and I'll have it modded to take another 044 or a Aeromotive pump

    Which Turbo

MTA billet turbos are proving themselves as an awesome upgrade, and affordalbe too.... Vevas is making strong , progressive power over the mid 400 mark with ease, and its been on the car awhile now without issues... plus a few other FGs with them
  24. Hows the car looking?
  25. Yeah G6ET is a pretty cool car, easy to get runs with C63s lol Thoughts on GT-E?
