  1. Yeah actually they have the uscar plug, they do need the adapter as you said, I was given the wrong info which is a bummer... Looked like we had a perfect plug n play injector for a minute there, but sure someone will make an EV injector soon for us. You can get an adapter that isnt a plug on a wire, its a formed adapter which looks quiet neat, but still not as factory looking as the correct plug.
  2. Well done mate, nice to see the cars still running sweet.
  3. The Xspurt EV14s are sold with EV1 connectors, to suit our FGs... I dont sell any Expensive Daewoo gear so no USCAR connectors here.
  4. Yep if you fit a V2 intercooler & intake kit to a 100% standard car it will be fine, plenty of customers have done this... its when you mod the exhaust that it will boost spike... with the stock cat & exhaust in place, and the standard tune, it will be fine.
  5. Nice one mate, I knew you'd want one after driving mine lol
  6. yep once im happy with initial design we'll do a track day and see how it helps with rear grip... no point producing something th at doesnt help the car.
  7. yes there have been alot of uscar EV14s fitted to FGs, I've been recomending Seimens, only for the plug n play factor, I have them in my FG and there's nothing wrong with them, they idle smooth and suppoort 400 easy, but the EV14s have been tuning up very smooth but with wiring issues a pain. Now we have the new Xspurt EV14, which is a direct plug in and fit in the rail, a great refined injector. So, if your on a tight budget, the Seimens will service you well, but if your happy to spend a bit more in the search for near perfect fuel delivery, these new Xspurt EV14s are the pick.
  8. Call PW, they'll be happy to help out mate.
  9. LOL Ive been waiting for you to post a thread like this mate... the back of the G6 has been off a few times already
  10. Yep if you build the one you have it'll be able to take alot more pressure, just incase you later on plan a turbo upgrade and push higher boost.
  11. Well there you go, good on ya for having a go, atleast you proved the car has enough power to run a very high 10, low 11, it just needs traction and improved driver skill, which will come in time. I wouldn't say running a 10.9xx is ho hum these days, sure alot of cars have done it, but not much has changed in the last few years in regards to extracting max power from a stock turbo, sure tuning knowledge for reliability has come along in leaps and bounds, rear ends have been greatly inmproved for drag, as have old recipe trans combos taking the cars well under the 10s, but for the basic mods that *Beep* has (basic in comparison to what the top runners are doing) it looks like the car is on the money for whats been done to it. The times ran are nothing to chuck a party about, but no reason to bag him out either, they are good numbers so well done *Beep*... keep the entertainment coming champ!
  12. Best place to put the sensor is just befor the cat, and atleast 18inches down stream of the turbo, this is due to heat, wideband sensors dont like to be too close to turbos or they will burn out eventually. You shouldnt have to worry about what wires go where, as there should be a plug n play loom with the Guage kit, so just follow the instructions and you'll be fine. Its great to see more poeple starting to add propper wideband guages these days, its one of the best ways to monitor the state of the tune, as fuel systems can change over time and slowly start leaning mixtures... or boost spikes can appear and if fuel support isnt good enough, a dangerous lean mixture can result. Good to see more wise XR6T owners out there
  13. We have airbox, intake and battery relocation kits for $899... retains factory battery but places in on the other side of the engine bay, so no need for dry cells or funny locations.
  14. Ah yes, that's right lol
  15. yeah adapter plates work well in most cases... that's how I managed to fit a GT45R on the FG manifold, plenty of room...
  16. Haha, bit sleepy there chillywilly?
  17. My all time fav...
  18. Nice cold night tonight guys, have fun!
  19. Yeah there are quiet a few FGs making 400 with the plastic intake, but I'd be keeping an eye on it if your running 18+ psi for extended periods, theres alot of heat coming up from the turbo area, so could be some melting issues later on.
  20. Looking good mate, won't be any flow restrictions that's for sure!
  21. Screamer pipes are for beginners... you soon get sick of the stupidly loud noise.
  22. Yeah it looks very stock now, even the cooler is black. I could go a V70 T6!
  23. Check the walbro is plumbed correctly, some poeple have had issues with hoses coming half off ect after a awhile, or that your not over boosting and hitting boost cut. Do you have a boost guage?
  24. LOL nah prior that this car mate, even my wife gets runs in it when shes driving
  25. LOL, nothing wrong with "real" Volvos, hate the little ford ones lol The 19s are starting to look a bit crusty thanks to sydney roads and shopping centre cars parks, so they are stacked up in the garage. I changed the springs as the Kings on it were too low and made the ride very floaty, so we changed them for the new firmer track rated King springs. It sits maybe 15mm lower, ride is maybe 20% firmer than stock, and body roll is hugely reduced, so huge improvment.
