CGT will eat away alot of your profits. There are 2 ways to get around it. rent the other house out for a year this will lower the amount of tax u have to pay. Build 1 house. live in it for atleast 1 year. Sell it. With the profits build the other house. Also if you are buying land in a development make sure u get a corner block and that you are actually allowed to sub divide it. Where are you looking at buying the land? About the only affordable place now days if Byford and even that has become really expensive. I got my block there before prices went up

Are you talking about above the triangle panel on top of the dash? That would be awesome, but I'd say you would run the risk of more attention from the police. They could probably see it through the back window. I wonder if there is enough room to do some sort of hinge/fold-out design there. ← Exactly what I mean. Im planning on using that screen with my carputer system to display engine stats and or videos and visulisations for music. And the main screen will be used for navigation and selecting media. Just one of my many projects that get worked on alittle at a time

if it works ill hack it up fit a lappy hdd and fibre glass it in Probably wont get time to get it setup properly for afew weeks Getting Married on sunday and going away for 2 weeks. I might just wire it up and see how it goes

What were you in? Yeah dent sucks ass hopefully everything gets replcaed. The repairs are already nearly at 1/2 the value of my car. A financial write off would be good save me from doing my auto conversion

Ive got an 04 5 speed and im converting it to a 4 speed auto. My box is fine never had a problem with it at 260rwkw. But im getting rig of it as I plan to bump the power up to 300rwkw and further from there. Going the auto purley for easy driving and 1/4 mile times

Mine it comming up to 150k soon and so far the on ly real problem ive had is alittle bit of a rough idle but mostly that's when thr tb gets clogged up its a 5speed manual and ive had no gear box problems

The phone system is seperate from any main server. The things that will cause it to go down if if the switches go down or the adsl router goes down. ADSL router will onyl affect it if the system uses a voip server if it uses PRI or BRI then the internet going down dosnt worry it. Also if Voip was used for the external lines then a backup PSTN system would be used so calls divert to that PSTN service

Upgrade to a PRI setup will be alot more cost effective and will allow an upgrade to up to 30 lines on that one cable. when upgrading its a configuration change on your suppliers system no extra cabling needs to be done
