This has been a biggy for a while...... Above is some of the reason we pay so much for servicing and it is officially fraud and I probably wouldn't be stating this sort of stuff on this forum as a tip I'd be pretty sure that the amount of money Ford have lost from people doing the above, makes it pretty certain they have covered off on the FG for any tampering what so ever.

In her ultimate wisdom, The Mrs when recently driving my car to the shops and thought it would be a great idea to reverse the headrests so they didnt push her neck forward so much .....she winged about this when we first sat in it before buying.
