  1. I've been looking at the Harrop diff cover. I was looking at getting the rpm signal for the eboost but wasn't sure where to start. I need a retune anyway, I can't get traction the boost comes on too fast and the nee diff ratio doesn't help.
  2. Car is all back together. Been for a wheel alignment and for a test drive. Completely different car, alot more responsive and just wants to fry tyres. AFR's around 11.5:1 so tune is fine, the ZF gearbox is coping extremely well, especially for a non turbo box. Very surprised!!
  3. Not yet, only got the tailshaft tonight. Its in and bolted, only got the piping today too. Cradle is bolted just need to put brakes on and bolt shockers up.
  4. Soooooooo Yes it was a generic tune.... New Plazmaman cold side piping going on, shortened tailshaft and 3.46:1 LSD Lots of stuffing around lol
  5. Stock, Non turbo ZF as well lol Its better than it was, it feels better and the zf is alot happier than its ever been. My cars ecu has no control over the boost at all, its all controlled by the eboost. Whether that makes a difference on how its tuned or not I have no idea but id expect it to have some impact on the power curve and how the car is tuned. Zf is coming out in a month or so anyway for exedy friction discs, new pump, actuators and input shaft plus new diff
  6. So had the car tuned today on 14psi, not a ba result.
  7. So car got a dyno run to check things out has it had a very lite rattle under boost sometimes... think I've found the problem. Walbro 460 intank, fuel pressure is good. Cars going in for a retune Monday so hoping the engine is okay [emoji29] Also made this with a mate at work lol
  8. Need a shorter tailshaft apparently before I fit it :(
  9. Finally got an LSD diff Out of a BA with 3.46:1 ratio
  10. Got my new wheels:) And new friction plates for the zf
  11. Got dish? Lol 20x8.5 and 20x9.5 its got 275s on the back Vents help alot with the under bonnet temps. I don't care if they don't look pretty, they do their job and that's what matters.
  12. Getting new wheels Wednesday, 20x8 front and 20x9.5 rear I'm dyslexic and cannot turn off simple functions in tapatalk
  13. Na I have no idea about brazing. I could get some steel piping made up to go where my rubber hoses are and get banjo fittings put on for the turbo ends. I think I've found out the bolt sizes for the banjo, m14x1.5
  14. Thanks man! Looks like I need 2 new pipes either side of the motor so I can have the barbs. I knew I put this off for a reason lol
  15. Ok thanks man, Looks like ill need to change the steel pipe under the thermostat housing since mine doesn't have a barb for the coolant feed. Where does the return go too?
  16. Yeah its still flexible, I check them every down and then but I do have bonnet vents which keep the temps down. Been trying to find the factory coolant lines but can't plus not sure how the would go on anyway lol
  17. Haha they've been there for over 12 months with no issues at all. The hose is rated to 140 degrees
