Why did they change the ECM? Non turbo one can be modified easily to work with PCMtec or Hp tuners, with the exception of boost control. -
I think you'll find that any tuning information is a big secret when it comes to tuning the ZF, but there's alot more to it than adjusting line pressures, etc. Alot of it is trial and error with your own ZF if tuning yourself, lots of logging and seeing how it responds. There's some information in the HP tuners forums that are related to the ZF and 6R80 platforms, so have a read.

Put a new fuel pump in the tank and set up a proflow surge tank and 2 Bosch 044 fuel pumps today. Still got a little bit more to do but not in a rush.

Na no hydramat yet, Yeah bigger turbo coming soon, cooling system is fixed and no more header tank. Need to sort out what I'm going to do with the gearbox, it's not shifting up from 1st sometimes and has a flare into 4th

I agree, I don't like coalitions. I don't like how the preference vote works either. You should only have to vote for one party/person, this putting number's down for different groups is silly and lots of people would be confused and some parties getting seats because of a preference vote. You should have seen our local ballot paper, it had about 15 different candidates...

You would possibly need an aftermarket fuel pressure reg because the stock one doesn't always cope with the extra pressure. I'm not sure about a "tune" but as long as you're not raising the boost pressure I can't see how it would hurt. But if you get it tuned with a higher base fuel pressure, please don't think you can drop your fuel pressure back to stock base and think the car will be fine. We've already had someone do that..
