just had alook at it with facetime and the braket has sheered from the bolt. so it looks like the seat needs to be replaced

she pushed on the brake that hard it made the seat go back

my wife had stop in a hurry or hit a car, when she did this the seat went backwards and now it will not move nor will it go up or down. im in a different state so I cant see whats the story, has any else come across this problem. thanks
