I am using the gfb mach1 and I found that the spring in it was too strong. in the jap cars they need to be closed at idle I found that a closed idle bov makes the car run rough at idle so I put a softer spring in mine I found that now it is open at idle and closes with a bit of a rev but now instead of opening a little bit then closing it opens up fully releasing all the air in half the time with no turkey gobble/dose at all. now its just a clean shhhh plumbed back to the system where before it was tutututu and the idle is sweet. there is no need to drill a hole in it unless you want xtra rice with your meat.

he may look placid and he is but he is also verry well professionally trained and will attack on command. its nice to know mrs royce can walk the streets in safety while exercising.

im really fussy about parking.. I park in the street so no one can open there doors on me when possible and take the missus car shopping shopping carparks are murder, kids dont think trolleys go awol and people have other things on there minds. im getting the plazmaman <large> when I get the plaz intake manifold.

I removed the thermostat on my old xf falcon... it took 45 mins to get 1 or 2 notches on the temp display it usually ran at 5 or 6 notches.

I race these with my father. o to 100 mph in 4 seconds. the old man has 4 of them

my bf did 211.5 stock....255.5 edit only and 280 with injectors and cooler.

it depends on what u have. stock injectors stock cooler 9 to 9.5 psi... u will find over 10 it will be too lean. as mine did. if u have injectors id say 12 psi is a good starting point and see what u get adding more. injectors and cooler go for 15 tapering down to 11 psi. see what u can get . your tuner will know when to stop.
