  1. 40 hours a week here out of there by 230 pm. but I suppose working in a lab in a brewery doing taste tests every hour I could handle more.....
  2. just an update on this. I have had this in the car for a few months now and im happy with how it works. I have the scramble setup have the boost levels set and the scramble works a treat. the only problem I have is that 69%= 9 psi and 70%= 12 psi 71%=13.7 and 72 goes too high for my tune. its like I need half settings to get more accurate adjustments. my conclusion is that it works good but a better quality product may perform better. ie eboost2... but for 400 bucks its ok.

    A Little Get Away

have a look at the novatel north beach. the gong.... ask about the pamper package....
  4. iv had a look into this and basicly its the same as the xcal2 where you can adjust limited perameters on your custom tune or generic. the boost spark and fuel readings come from the ob2 port and u need an extra sensor to run the air fuel meter side of things. I was keen on the xcal 2 but im looking into this one now..I will have some more info soon once I get an email. live data on the screen sounds good to me. will look cool too. they also have right angle ob2 connectors so you can close the panel while connected, I think some one was looking for these to run some digital guages.
  5. I see john from intune has his account details on the bottom so I would think its legit.
  6. nice it will look nice if you get a black rocker cover to match ..mabee carbon fibre.
  7. I must admit mine is tight and gives a little crunch into second still,
  8. it will free up after about 20k. but as tweakn said the mwa shifter is somthing special feels like a racecar.
  9. id say its nos cooling, seems to be all the rage at the moment nos cooling on intercoolers and airfilters like this one. looking at those racing harnesses it must do like 9 second 1/4s just goes to show what an american Expensive Daewoo driver thinks is cool.
  10. I have noticed that the clutch fluid isnt burning now since fitting the braded lines. with the old rubber lines after 4 weeks the fluid would be turning dark green getting towards black, now its still clear after 4 weeks and counting. I payed 250 to fit my option 3 kit admittedly its the guy I go to all the time, he also changed the rear box seal included in the price. the local tune shops quoted me around 300 and mal himself says around 250 is the right price. its all about experince mine was in and out in 2 hours.
  11. shaved chest ...check shaved head .....check copy of mindkampf ....check

  18. it kind of reminds me about a dodgey hotel room I stayed at in canberra for summernats. some filthy person backed one out in the shower.
  19. street cred.... not that the t lacks cred.
  20. I agree with you totally..... if they really cared that would be a ford in your ava not a volkswagon. im less than impressed with fords attitude towards warrenty to the point where I told them to screw it and started replacing parts and modding my car. valued customer my ass
  21. I purchased a replacement pipe off a forum member and bolted it on to mine. I find the sound is awsome just enough, and I gained 1.6 psi max boost.
  22. if you put those on yours it will drag on the ground
  23. I havnt looked at that one but how about this for a cheap alternative. from gizzmo all you need is a modulator box to send tach signal to the interface from the crank trigger. you can hold your foot flat and missfire the coils fueling up the turbo at 3000 rpm in neutral then launch with boost in a manual.....by by cv shafts. and you get a shift light too. Fully adjustable launch control Adaptive auto detect software Interface for 1-6 coil application Fuzzy Logic technology Sequentially induced misfire Technology Gizzmo's launch Interface integrates with the Gizzmo Tach Recall Shiftlight to enable the fully adjustable launch control function. The launch control function induces sequential misfire events at the desired rpm set by the user. In a turbo application, having the throttle open while inducing misfire increase the velocity and density of exhaust gases, allowing the turbo to spool up and generate boost with load. This results in boost being generated before launching and therefore allowing a vehicle to launch with considerably more power. The ignition cut is clutch activated allowing flat changing (the ability to change gear without removing your foot from the throttle). With the clutch engaged the rpm will pull back to the launch rpm previously set by the user in order to avoid over reving, this results in the vehicle not coming off boost while moving through the gears. Launch control can benefit natural aspirated cars by giving a consistent launch rpm for best results every time, and enable quicker gear changes through flat changing. Compatible Vehicles: All Nissans All Subaru’s All Mazda’s accept Rotaries All Honda’s All Mitsubishi’s The Rules: Typically the launch interface will work on any car that has an Igniter that … A) is triggered via the ECU B) is not inside of the ECU C) have not got a feedback system to the ECU e.g.(Toyota) D) have not got a ignition control box that encompasses the igniter e.g.(Expensive Daewoo Late model camira V6’s) Vehicles known that are not compatible All Expensive Daewoo V6’s All Toyota’s All Diesels
