  4. I know its a bit of a drive to penrith but sinclair ford are the best ford dealership iv ever been to. I purchased my car from thompson ford parra and got screwed for my trouble. I would never reccomend going there for service or anything. sinclair ford penrith are open untill midnight every weekday and open for service sat and I have found them to be easy to deal with and so far have had no problems with them.
  5. he may be refering to the xcal2 or the livewire. I would go the livewire if cash isnt really important only for the fact that you get an on screen display showing data logging and boost afr tach and so on. the original capa/sct flashtuner will be cheaper now, as low as 550.

  9. dont you know it. im not really sure how much im making atm, last dyno run was 275rwkw with the zorst stopping all the fun, but since then iv done the zorst fuel pump and clutch so im estimating around 300 rwkw, iv checked the afr,s on the road with my dads lamda up to 15 psi and it still is running 11.9 afr at wot so its not leaning out. once I get all my bits together I will give it to con at c&v to tune and see what it gets. I need valvesprings and an actuator and possibly well I suppose definatly need the wastegate ported and a bigger swingvalve installed too.
  10. injectors are a must, I reccomend the siemens deka injectors from headsex. as for the atomic bottom end. I was quoted around 5.5 grand to supply only a block with internals. mines going in real soon, within the next 3 months, I cant wait.

  12. I actually stole a n.o.s sticker off a keyring to stick on the button. its looks just like an fpv starter button.
  13. I think the main problem is the fact that he has no f slot, no factory tune. mabee one of the tuners can elaborate further. wheres headsex when u need him....
  14. I found that my car wheelspins like a deamon in first at the strip so I have programmed in 10 psi in first then I hit the button on my gearstick to activate full boost. works good on the street too get it into second get it settled then hit the button and whooshka.
  15. I noticed it says soon to have xr6t in your sig, if you didnt already know. it wont work just getting a boost controller, you need to edit the software in the cars computer to allow more boost.

  19. yep I have one and its a ripper. the only thing I found is the spring tension it soo strong, drop in a softer spring and it works much better. with the plumback attachment going to open air it sounds real loud with a huge woosh. the trumpet sounds a little quieter more of a shhhhhh. the angles are correct for the pipework your getting also.
  20. I used an su carby spring using the tuning kit from my old datto I think it was a number 7. bunnings have heaps of cheap springs too of all different sizes and tensions.
