I have this spa and I want to put a heavy extention lead into the power board on the spa as a temporary hookup untill I get somone to install it properly. the rating is low enough for a lead and I have a safety switch. heres a pic of the imput, any help would be appreciated.

to answer your question the stock injectors will max out at around 9.6 psi. 10 pounds will be about the max you can get away with without getting bigger injectors.

id say get it looked at by a mechanic. its not a big job, some of the guys here can change them at the track with a jack and some tools.

im into electronics max, it may be the case that if you put a variable resistance attenuator inline with the sensor you can adjust the signal from the sensor to the icc and make the ac system think its 50 degrees outside.

if you use a 3 or 4 position switch with position 1 being standard you could select p1 and use the aircon, and only use the other ones when testing the air temp. you dont really use the aircon when driving hard do you.

it may not just be a case of getting any old sensor. you may have to round up some stockies from wrecks. but I would say its a great idea.

depending on where you go it can cost between 350 and 900 dollars and between 2 and 6 hours.

a simple check to find out what boost level the actuator is would be to remove the boost control solonoid and join the 2 hoses together with a metal pipe. then go for a drive and record the max boost level.

if it had been to ford they definatly never replace the xover properly. I would say for sure its the xover loose or folded over underneath.

just go easy on it dont soak the fins in paint.
