I used a pair of tin snips to cut the clamps off and replace with proper ones opening them fully so as not to need to remove the hose from the turbo making the job easier. then I got rid of the whole stock piping setup. months later.

one friday night they advertised racing untill 11pm and because there were not enough cars there to pay for security they stopped it at 900. when I asked whats up and do I get a nother nights racing cos id been there for 15 mins only they laughed at me......I could not argue because she was hot and her sister was hotter...lol

heres a battery kit and airfilter. not cheap but noice. your avo xover should split into two, removing the air filter side of the xover and remove the stock airbox and fit this battery kit or just get the new airbox and pipe putting the stock battery where the stock airbox was.

it may pey for you to look around the posts in the intercooler workshop sub forum on here, there are a lot of informative topics in there and some site sponsors with good deals on intercooler kits too.

with a full plazmaman stage 1 kit on the dyno with the stock tune mine ran 211.5 rwkw with perfect afr`s.at c&v. this may vary with different coolers but I would say the cat is the thing that when changed makes the most difference to the stock tune bringing on limp mode instantly. this is just my experience and im no expert.

its a bit of a lucky dip, it may run rich or lean, it may be perfect but if u change the cat and zorst you will need a tune for sure.

I have found the problem. the heat shield has now been kicked to the garbage can and no more rattles. I was getting really worried but now its quiet and noise free. ps the mal wood clutch has proven to be fault free and mal assured me it was not the clutch on the fone I should have belived him.
