  4. I was disapointed with todays episode. 70% of the show was recaping the last 2 eps and they didnt even show the full contest just short clips of it. they need more action and less talking as you all have stated.

Channel: FOXTEL Digital When: 8:00 PM, Friday, 25 Jan 2008 Rated: M Type: Reality Editorial Review Blood, Sweat and Gears is a new Australian series aimed at those who like their cars fast and loud. The premise of the show is to find Australia's best car driver. Seven finalists will compete in their own cars, in a series of challenges over eight weeks, which will be scored by judges Ian Luff and Nathan Luck. Though clearly aimed at the male crowd, the choice of host is a curious. At the helm of this new series is Scott McGregor, who previously worked as a model for Channel Nine's Temptation. Doing most of his spots from Federation Square, his boyish good looks may not be the best choice for a male dominated audience. His separation from the action doesn't help either as he struggles to convince and connect on most levels. This is the second episode and the cars and drivers are tested on a regional airstrip. They go head-to-head down the stretch to see who is the fastest, and ultimately who will gain the judges' crucial points. As the show continues to test both the ability of the cars and their drivers, who will live up to the challenge? Revheads will get a kick out of watching these cars put through their paces, but there's little to interest others. Strictly a show for motoring enthusiasts who like their cars pushed to the limit. 6. I installed a bipod and boost/air fuel guage today. easy as bro.
  7. I spotted a black tornado with a wog cooler on it on cowpasture road today at 330pm.
  8. im going big. my plan is to have over 400rwkw by the end of the year.
  9. is it hard to remove the timing cover in the process of fitting v`springs. the reason I ask is because im getting springs fitted soon and have a leaking timing case. I have heard that the sump needs to come off so that means the xmember and other parts associated with this. if its just a case of splitting it and cleaning off the goo and replacing it I will get them to do the leak at the same time. but if the sump has to come off I will wait till I get my bottom end done.
  10. they try and dyno the car as close to 1 to 1 as possible this gives an average result over most cars.
  11. wow air traffic controller. sounds like fun. name. royce job. industrial chemist and lab operator/quality control, at a large brewery/distillery.
  12. I cant find it at the moment but this is a
  13. best motor ever built by datsun. get the twin carbies off the 240z and put on a set of extractors and a 25/65 cam and your rocking. if you want turbo get the injectoin off a 280z and add a turbs. my 26oz had a single su feeding the turbo draw through.
  14. no offence was intended by my post this is just my opinion. kpm have had a lot of good results in the past and will have many more in the future.
  15. I would not pay more than 500 for a custom tune. no matter who the tuner thinks he is. when you spend your hard earned at one shop and one shop only with the hardware and mechanical work that comes from a happy customer its worth much more than a few hundred dollars profit on a tune.
  16. just cut and paste the info from zaps last post and put it on paper and present it to the court
  17. no offence intended I was having a fish. my favorate track is hero.
  18. I think she means the high heels and stuff.
  19. mabee a dimmer switch could be used next time when he gets out of jail.
  20. dont forget that different dynos read differently. your 229 or 230 may actually be 240rwkw, that's a little closer to the norm.
