id be looking at the crank angle sensor. throttle position sensor. fuel blockage as u said. possibly the solonoid wd40 job any vacum leaks blocked cat from added heat from the edit. bent rod, a bit extreme, hows the idle rough, theres so many things it could be, good luck mate I hope u find the problem. have a try at removing the battery over night.

not the water rates,,,,, the intrest rates u know the reserve bank.

I would say yes its a full reset. there may be a second chip not associated with tune holding memory such as times dates and other tid bits.

what they have lifted is the intrest rates again. just slap a nother .25%on it sheel be right.

the f slot has the factory tune and is only loaded once into the box on the first use of the flash box. if you want to add new data to the f slot you need to reset the flash box and loose one life. if you had a car that had a performance tune in it and the box was not sold with the car, when you put on a new flashbox it will load the perfoemance tune into the f slot. the f slot dosnt do what your saying it wont hold any old settings in it.

no mate its a full reset on the f slot. it cant be overwritten and dosnt save anything extra to the f slot.

I know for a fact that (plazmaman) alex and oyay are working till 12 and 1am most nights to keep up with there current workload. I doubt that they will have any spare time for a few months.

as the others said in the other thread, yes this box can totally tune your car but you cant do it a capa agent/ tuner can adjust the settings allowing more boost and more power. just plug it in and have a go. if anything goes wrong we can talk you through the process of getting the f slot back in.

getting to instructions. reds off plug in the box to the plug near the fusebox. select p1 p2 or p3 with the select button and press the program button. once the box starts flashing turn on the reds and wait till the program light holds a solid on light. the f slot has your factory tune in it and must be replaced before ford look at the car. your car may have a custom tune already installed but as the others have said you may have generic tunes loaded in the box. the edit cant remove km`s from the odometer.

only 2 days till my car gets the plazmaman treatment again. im looking forward to getting this next stage of mods done and tuned. then its on to stage 3...?
