  1. I think george is talking about the flex plate as mentioned before not the fly wheel. its an auto.
  2. you will have to message c&v for a price, as mine was fitted and other mods were done at the same time.

  5. just thought I would post up some pics of my surge tank and pump setup. this is a 3.2 litre tank and 044 pump, the tank has 2 outlets at the bottom ready for my second pump to be added.
  6. it can be adjusted too. on my big tune the power stops totally when traction is lost, its like taking your foot off the gas.
  7. Car: bf mk1 Trans: 6 speed manual Power: 330rwkw Boost: 14.7psi Induction: plazmaman full 800 hp kit (no plenum). Turbo: Stock Valve Springs: Stock Exhaust: stock with 5 inch cat removed the centre muffler. Fuel system: siemens injectors and a 3.2 litre surge tank with 044 pump.

  10. the use of the flash 2 is easy as. on the screen it says 98 tune 95 tune and factory. it says to turn on and off the ignition in a step by step process. the use of the ajustments is also easy, rev limit, auto gearbox pressure, global spark, spark from 0 to 2k, 2k to 4k, 4k to 8k , wot fuel richer or leaner in a percentage, thermo fan controls hi and low set by degrees, f, speedo ajustments, boost ajustments diff ratio, . and much more if you have the skills to have them unlocked.
  11. if you zoom in on this pic at the top of the cooler you can see my brackets. there is also some flat brackets on the bottom going to 2 bolts under the radiator.
  12. I cant give u a 100%on the motor but I can give you some advice on who to see about your tune. have a look at the feedback in the c&v performance subforum. there have been many happy customers with a capa only setup from there.

  14. if you pm rapid (rapidsystems) he makes a bolt in set of pipes that will remove the centre muffler. sounds a bit loud but isnt really noisy altho we have a turbo inline to remove some noise.
  15. have you checked to see if your intank pump is working. sounds like your running empty on the surge tank. are you running the power to the o44 from the 86 of the fuel relay.

  17. take off the turbo and send it to etm and let him put on his external gate, it will sound frikken awsome.
  18. the easiest way is to take off the turbo and get the bolts tightened at the same time. you can get your hands under the turbo to do an on car install but its really fiddly, you may as well tighten the turbo bolts when refitting the turbo and check the oil screen at the same time.

  22. mee too. I would be getting the opt 3 kit from mal wood, its rated for more power than you plan on getting and as the others said it feels better than a stock clutch. the guy at my local mechanic shop didnt belive me I had a big clutch in it because it felt softer than standard. they dont shudder and can be ridden to a small degree.

  24. when you access the change perameters menu do you have the option <global spark> or the rev range ajustments <2k to 4k and 4k to 8k>. backing these off will help out.
