best option would be a stock turbo bottom end, mabee a bf2..fg turbo short block from ford at 2 to 3k iv heard. then your charger can run at 15 psi and make well over 300rwkw and a big NO TURBO sticker on the back window for shaming turbo owners at cruzes. are the fg n/a engines the same rods as turbo rods?
any of the stage 2/3 kits from rapid plazmaman or process west with an under battery cold air intake will give you crazy intake noise. that or put a hot air intake pod filter onto the turbo inlet.

I have a question for the auto drivers out there who have suffered a loose flex plate and how they fixed it. a good mate of mine has a loose flex plate with oval holes in it, we have a new plate but the debate im having with him now is should we weld the bolts to the flex plate or is there some other fix that people are doing at the moment. car has 300 rwkw. what do you guys think weld or locktight.
have you called chris yet, I think he posted somthing about an adaptor, if not plazmaman make an adaptor to suit there in house 38mm valves on smaller pipework, this may fit yours.
good piont. will a tuner give you a base to work off knowing you are going to sniper read the computer, and play with it possibly causing damage. strange you say that h8toads my xcal2 has a turbo wastegate percentage function. depends on what your tuner trusts you with.
