thinking of changing front tyres on the 't', running dunny 3000 (original hoops) is there better hoops for wet weather ? prefer drifting rear end not front end!

recently got flash tune, can I run .89 plug gap for 8psi program as you do with program 3 (10psi) ? is there a real gain in taking the middle mufler out for either program 2 or 3?
