They replaced the pully for free (under warranty) but.... Charged me 50 bucks to qoute "unblock my windscreen washer bottle filter"!!!!! WTF... Apparently if you dont use your washers they grow fungie in the bottle & block up the filter & you then cant wash the window!!!! Worst of all its not covered under warranty!!!! How could this ever be my fault?? Clearly its a ford design problem. Regards TUFXRT6

The theory is still the same where ever you live its just the starting numbers that will change. There are two key factors to remember: 1) Wage increases (I doubt that anyone is earning the same money they were 10 years ago, so you can get a fixed home loan but have wage increases over time) 2) Different wages for different locations (If you lived in Melbourne you wouldnt be earning the same as if you lived in Sydney) Regards TUFXRT6

The problem with renting is that the cost of renting will continue to climb where you can control how much you pay on your mortgage. e.g. the average rental cost is say in Melbourne $250pw Your mortgage cost is $500pw In ten years time the average rental cost will be $600pw Your mortgage cost will still be $500pw Regards TUFXRT6

We have had Nissans, Holdens ect at our cruises as they are held on public roads. As long as he obey's all the road laws & forum rules then there is no problem. Regards TUFXRT6

The car has only done 38k so its still covered under warranty. I only noticed it because I had to get RACV out to replace the 2nd battery in two years!!! (well just over two years, just long enough not to be covered by warranty ) Regards TUFXRT6

Our second car is a Lexus & I personally think they are a great car never had a problem with it & Lexus / Toyota stand by the car & are very supportive. In saying that we are looking at getting a towing car & the VW is at the top of the list next to the AUDI which is worth looking at. Regards TUFXRT6
