  2. I realise this is late but I was thinking we could organise a cruise for tonight?? We would meet around 8:30 - 9:00ish. I was thinking we could meet in St Kilda then head down beach road? Or, meet at Sk Kilda then head up to Mount Macidon?? Regards TUFXRT6
  3. That is great news!!!! I was getting worried to ask if you had found him. Think its time for a wing clip. Regards TUFXRT6
  4. If you can handle the fact you are buying $30-40 grands worth of running gear on a $5 grand shell then I say get the Evo. Another point is the actual size of the car & the cost it takes to mod the Evo. Regards TUFXRT6
  5. Ok Guys & Girls, Hunks & Babes. This could be an annual index to see what times have come from what cars, potentialy it could be a good way for people wanting paticular times quarter mile to evaluate what mods will be needed to achieve particular times. Lets try & keep the point less posting to the off topic threads. 7. We have a Sun Conure (South American version of a Rosella) http://www.petbirdpage.com/breed.asp?breed=sun Anyway, He is the loudest bl00dy bird you have ever met & is only motivated by attention so what that means is he wants to be on you 24/7 (thank god he is toilet trained otherwise this would be a bigger problem). When your eating tea all he does is scream to be picked up, on the computer etc etc. We live in a two story place & as soon as he hears foot steps in the morning he screams to be picked up. As you can see by the photo's he has a really big beak. When you have friends over no one can come near you because he is very family orientated so he bites & bites hard. Also, he finds it fun to put holes in your clothes!! You can be watching TV then look down & he has put about 50 holes in your t-shirt!!!!. We love him & he creates a great dimension to our home. Regards TUFXRT6

  9. Im off to Port Douglas in July & cant wait... Warm weather, no phone & snorkeling on the Great Barrier Reef!!!! Life will be sweet!! Also, Byron Bay changed my life this time last year so if I was looking for a holiday in June / July people I would put that down on the short list. Regards TUFXRT6
  10. Well done on him actually having a go, I must admit I really only saw him properly pass one ferrari that you can now pick up for around 60k. Cool Vid though Regards TUFXRT6
  11. Only because you asked nicely. Now get me a beer.
  12. Bump.... Because its important. Have you found him yet??? Regards TUFXRT6
  13. Please dont think like that anymore as it will only keep you awake at night. The simple reason is CURRENCY!!!! If the AUD moves lower then the bank will still want the same payment in USD but you will have to pay more to make up the difference. If there was no currency problem I.e. could manage the currencies through swaps then you are better off going to China where the official interest rates are at almost zero. Its always good to think out side the square. Regards TUFXRT6
  14. I Personally also wont comment on the housing market and I will stress that this is all general buddy buddy conversation and not to be taken as direct advise as I am a senior dealer at a fixed income firm and I dont know all your details. There are two points to the currently high interest rate market. The first is the continual threat of further interest rate rises from the ever increasing inflation. Inflation in Australia is being led by two key area's, the first is higher fuel costs. The second is the high employment levels / wage pressures. These two pressures I personally believe will take a few years to settle as they both intertwine (being led by Asia's demand & the long term projects in place). The second key point to the current interest rate market is the deterioration of economies through out the rest of the world. The deterioration is being led by financial markets, financial markets have two area's of concern. The first is the US housing markets which is finally showing some signs bottoming (California just had its first positive housing in a long time). I personally have to see further positive numbers to believe that the US housing market has bottomed. The second fundimental point is bank's looking for funding / liquidity. I will give you an example which may make it clearer why when it comes to refinancing & the issue of new home loans the banks are putting up there rates. This time last year a top 4 bank could have issued 5 year debt in the wholesale market at 25-30 basis points over a particular margin (BBSW) this month a major bank issued the same paper at 100+ basis points. therefore the bank has to cover that extra cost. What I would say to you is these current interest rates will stay around for a little while (1-2 years) but over the long term these high rates cannot be sustained, maybe locking in the rate for the short term then floating thereafter. I can go on for hours about interest rates & current markets so if you are looking for anything else send me PM. Regards TUFXRT6
  15. Personally I dislike -P Plates not displayed in the proper place (Its not a badge d!ckhead) -The majority of after market tail lights -Bake bean cans for exhausts on NA four cylinders (One of the last things I would worry about d!ckhead) -Big rims on sh*t cars (why not spend the money on buying a better car d!ckhead) Regards TUFXRT6
  16. Bump this thread as a priority..... I have a Sun Conuate (South American version of a Rosella) named Sunni, he can pritty much do everything on your list with an extra feature of being toilet trainned.
