  1. Hey, It isn't actually my car, it is my parent's car, I only have a Toyota Camry heh, but anyway I grabbed the camera and just got a few pics of how to do stuff and dad also picked up the plugs off a crashed BA with premium sound and satnav from work. I also have the workshop manual's for the BA so we have been using the wiring diagrams and what not as a guide on how to do it all, but in the future we hope on getting a switch setup that will allow us to switch between a rear reverse camera (RGB) a Digital TV unit and possibly like an XBox with DVD and what not...until then I thought I would just document all the pictures and things like that. Paul
  2. When will they realise that driver training will save lives, not increasing the bloody fines.
  3. Wow, that is awesome!
  4. I think the patent only applies if it's the exact same, if you made it 1mm bigger or something it wouldn't matter, not sure though, either way it looks cool.
  5. Also if anyone needs a guide on how to get the plug, I have a heap of pictures while I was doing it, just drop me a PM if you want any. Paul
  6. And this is a picture of the type of plug you need to connect to the SAT nav connector. (IT is the plug I am holding to the far right (white one)).
  7. Here is a different angle for the above photo, just offers more of a view of where the plug is.
  8. If anyone is interested I have a couple of photo's of the plugs you need to look for. This one is under the tissue holder box and unclips when you pull toward you and down.
  9. Jeebus, they love $300/3 points don't they! Wow, they are really tightening up.
  10. great pic Steve. Scotty Lots of stuff at the Expensive Daewoo ford show, Can post more if you are interested Please post more of the shaker pics.
  11. We have Ming Tint on ours, looks fine, but they overcharge on it.
  12. When we were looking at getting our Ford we were either going to go an optioned N/A or a stock T. I would feel mildly dirty getting a T without tinted windows, premium sound, stock seats and so on, so we went for the N/A, as my parent's aren't really car enthusiasts they just wanted a car with power and an N/A with premium sound, leather interior, tinted windows, towbar and power windows was the go. Paul
  13. Thanks guys, I feel really stupid now, I wasn't thinking inside the square. Paul
  14. Page 1 Tiger explains what it is: HG is mercury and ag is silver. = Mercury Silver, which is the name of the colour, easy is'nt it? How does HgAg abbreviate to Mercury Silver though? I understand the analogy but I don't understand how it was derived. Paul
  15. Harvest Green N/A here, very happy with it!
  16. If you don't mind me asking an on-topic question, what does HgAg really stand for? Paul
  17. Ok and here is the pic with the Luxury pack...
  18. Ok here goes, I think the XR's with Premium Sound simply have the same size LCD as the XR's with the Luxury Pack (with climate control). Here are the comparison photo's. Paul PIC: This is the GT Interior with Premium sound...
  19. Yeah, the Extra compartment in the boot if for the Satellite navigation. Now I am confused, some people are saying the cars with the Dual Zone Climate control have a bigger LCD, this sounds logical because they have to incorporate Temperature and so on, but I am unsure if it's correct...? Paul
  20. nah its the same, but with a 6 stack. Oh ok, so it just has the black and white LCD that they use in the XT?
  21. So it isn't a color screen? I would like to see what one looks like, if anyone has this system can you please get a photo of it. Cheers Paul
  22. Hey Guys, I know what the Premium Audio system looks like, but I am intruiged as to what the Prestige system looks like, has anyone got any photo's of the interior of their car with Presitge Audio installed? Cheers Paul
  23. It was just explained prior to your post, it is on the dash as it is the Luxury Pack.
  24. And Last one
