Haha they really are a pain. So we ended up getting the piping to push onto the cooler further we were obviously being little girls when we were first trying. Sits very nice now and he is happy with it.

I was on track in that session. Was horrible seeing him in the wall. Put a bit of a downer on that session haha.

Yeh all that is trimmed we just can't get the pipes to tuck in closer. Considering cutting the beads off the end tanks so they'll push into the reinforced part of the hose haha.

So we have a stage 3 plaz kit and struggling to get the front bumper on. I understand from the instructions that the fg mk11 is the hardest to get to fit around the fog lights but they say it does fit regardless. To anyone whose fitted these to the mk11 what are we missing? Just don't seem to be able the get the pipes to tuck in the extra we need. Cheers.

So I've been keeping up with what has been happening but I just haven't posted much. A very big thank you to a fellow forum member who gave me an amazing deal on an intercooler kit he had upgraded from. Transformed the car. Always has power now instead of heat soaking the little baby stock core after one pull. So nothing crazy has been done to the car but I've fitted the process west stepped cooler and a cheap ebay turbo side and battery relocation. I'd recommend the plaz kit over the ebay kit it's way better but I made it work. Car makes fun noises now and feels way better. Whiteline sway bars made it much nicer on turn in and just better all round. Stiff setting all round for maximum fun. That stuff has been on for a while and last night I fitted semi slicks to the front. Very happy with them. Gonna be fitting some ebc reds to the front and running it around eastern creek for the mcm day in a couple of weeks. Very excited at the moment.

Finally doing something with the car after so long. Want to do coilovers, sway bars and brembos but bought a turbo side intake and battery relocation instead haha. Keen for some horny spool next week

Good points.

This is an awesome list. I don't blame people going for a cheaper option but this can show people who aren't sure about their wheels or wheels they're buying the level of quality they're buying.

Yeh I went strait to master cylinder and I've got one sitting at home. Just don't wanna fit a $300 part until I narrow down what is actually wrong haha. I'm gonna check all the calipers out tonight. Hopefully find something.

Tried bleeding them and no difference when it happened. I actually pulled the booster out and refitted it and they seem better. Dunno what's going on there.

I did a couple of big stops from high speed Friday night using everything I could out of my brakes. They are now sticking on for a second after application and if you pull your foot off the pedal you see the pedal slowly return. Stupid thing. Can anyone tell me if I actually have to individually bleed every line by cracking them at master and in and out of the abs module after changing the master or can I just fit the new master and then bleed from the calipers like normal? I'm dyslexic and cannot turn off simple functions in tapatalk

Oh he'll yeh. I can't wait to see this. It looked mean before.

Going on a longer trip in my car on Saturday to see some drifting so thought I'd clean my guards out incase I get pulled over. that was a single pass with a 25mm wide scraper. Whoops haha
