hi, went out lastnight to the shops,as started driving I noticed that the gear selection on the dash was flashing it was stuck on D while driving.wouldnt go to performance or manual mode.car sounded fine but no gear change,it was stuck in one gear,when I stopped I put in her park the P was flashing.later went back in the car to drive home and everthing was back to normal no flashing and all modes were fine,gear changing was fine.anyone have any ideas ?

I just had the same problem,I had to stop as well.had the car checked, they changed the spark plugs and it stopped I've driven the car once since then so at the moment its fine,so it might be something electrical not the steering,anyway might sound stupid but give it a try.

I FELT THE VIBRATION FIRST FROM THE STEERING ,THEN THE WHOLE CAR JUST VIBRATED REALLY LOUD THAT I HAD TO PULL OVER.TO ME I COULDNT BELIEVE IN WAS THE SPARK PLUGS WOULD DO THIS,BUT IT HAS STOPPED.I WENT FOR HOUR DRIVE WITH IT AND THERE WAS NOTHING.SO AT THE MOMENT I,M HAPPY BECAUSE IT FELT A WHOLE LOT WORSE AT THE TIME.IF IT STARTS AGAIN I WILL KEEP THE FORUM POSTED.CHEERS

took car to my local tuner all fixed I think, I havent gone for a decent drive yet.anyway he said it was the spark plugs the regapping wasnt right.so instead of regapping again we put typhoon spark plugs in.put it back on the dyno and she was sweet 248rwkw.(intune did the custom tune before didnt go back cause wasnt happy with customer service last time I had a problem.)

no,its not that, first thing I checked cause just had pads changed.

hi need some advice,other day was driving home just cruising around 80km, when suddenly the steering starts to vibrate like a shudder but worse.it got so bad the whole car was vibrating.so I pulled over and stoppped.then I took off and was fine for about half an hour then it happen again.when I come to a complete stop it.the vibration stops. any ideas if its transmission,steering or even electrical,thanks.

hey mate not going to lower it,just makes it my driveway,.as for mods has capa & custom tune and bigger pbr brakes.apart from that bits and pieces for looks and aftermarket stereo system.future mods maybe intercooler & exhaust.
