I have mad my fg ute lowered, had the rears reset can't recall how low it is, but I am happy with it. As someone mentioned earlier in the post about the cv's I snapped one when I had a bit of weight in the back just taking off from the lights nothing stupid. One dealer said it was my fault as the car was lowered, long story short I rang the dealer I bought it off and they fixed it staight away. I have not had a problem since and that was about 9 months ago. Have heard it happening to a few people though!!!!

I had in done by a mate at bridgestone in chelt who we deal with through work was not much at all, around the 400 mark. yeah well get ome photos up when I clean it, will take them with a camera and not my phone. the wheels look like they are photshopped on but I can assure you they are not. just wondering now how long to wait till I get a tune.

Had my ute for a while now, had it lowered the other day and windows tinted and the like. Did not lower it anything crazy just even it up a bit. sorry about the bad photo but camer was stolen so its off my phone.

had the same problem with mine and my bluetooth died. thought it was just a fuse so took it out when I put it back in it all went back to normal.

payes $37,175 on road. that's with fleet owners discount. for a fg xr6turbo ute, with leather and tech pack.

yeah I just work in the next street from nathan, already spoken to him so sometime next week should have it done

will post pics after I have had it lowered. Just wondering if anyone else has got a fg ute. have you taken those weird black mud flaps off the back. that's the only thing that annoyed me really. took mine off looks better but just too high now. not for long.

as the topic says after a few weeks of delay and no answers they finally came and dropped my ute off to me today. Got an xr6 turbo ute with tech pack and leather, also put the dark agent 19's on it which I had sitting around. First time I had driven one was today when it got dropped off and all I can say is that I am wrapped with it, the six speed auto is so nice as well, big step up from my bamk2 turbo ute. Now I just have to get it dumped then edit done, it can only get better. tom

Just got off the phone to the dealer this morning car is about 4 weeks late now and his response is I don't know where you car is. he said it is lost. Rang ford and they said no one has there turbo utes yet. has anyone here got theres obviosuly ssuperchippy has. Starting to get a little fed up dealer has not once rung me and told me anything.

They come out in chrom shadow as well, but the dark agent is a weird colour I have them on my ute and I repair them here and the colour we had made took ages, it has a blue zerelic in it. very nice wheels though

you best bet is to take them to a specialist wheel repair company. you would be amazed at some of the wheels that people have taken to panel shops or back yarders that then bring them to us to be fixed. you can't cut corners in the machining and straightening deparment of the repair. you will be thanking yourself you may of payed the bit extra when the wheels don't collpase when your doind 110 cause someone had put to much heat into them or something.

I can re clear them for you. if you are in melb and around the nxt few cays I can do them before we get busy. let me know. they are better cleared so they don't get tarnished and satined/ they will fade after time wihtour clear and corrosion will set in

those marks are corosion under the clear. its oxidisation on the alloy.

If it is the same colour as the wheels I have that paint formulated at work cause we paint the wheels that colour. not the easiest colour to make either it has a zirelic in it. if you are in the moorabbin area I will give you some.

you will be finme with au wheels as long as they go over the brakes

Finally got around to putting my new wheels on. Had the Genuine FPV GT 19's on there but had these sitting around. Had mixed reports about what it looks like now but I seem to like it. Thoughts[

Hey I smashed my hard lid pretty bad I took one of the rear corners off, I went to a boat builer who just by chance did a lot of stuff for v8 super car body kits and he charged me $50 cash. took him no time at all and you would never know.

Touch up guys wont be able to repair the dark agent wheels as the edge on them are not polished they are machined. If you don't find anyone to fix them send them down to me I kn ow its a long way but we reapir all wheels from around australia. www.advancedalloys.com.au.
