  5. This is the best place for ford advice hands down. I have gained so much xr6t specific knowledge from here it is amazing. Not only have I saved money but I have saved time in the buildup and tuning of my xr6t. Just this post above me could save someone from heartache and thousands of dollars...and all just to help a stranger.
  6. 6mx3mx1.3m above ground here. Cost less than $2k all set up with marquee and comes down over winter. No fence needed and legal too due to height. Portable is a plus. The boy wanted a swim today and couldn't get his head around it taking 24 hours to get it ready for swimming. That's flamin 4 year olds for ya.

  8. When you consider that there is about a grand worth of materials in a 4 inch mild steel system, all said and done, $4k seems a bit steep for my liking. For that money you could buy a sweet welder and other tools, do a welding course and make it yourself!! Of course this isn't for everyone and that's why we pay a little more to get a hassle free, high quality, guaranteed proven, walk in and walk out experience. I concur with Stever, there would want to be a month's worth of wristies for that price. It's honestly less than a day's work for a bloke who knows the tools.

  11. I've only bought one house but I got stuffed around for months with one agent. I ended up buying a different house that was on my list through a different real estate and ended up living next door to the first agent!

  15. I guess it's worth a mention that once knock starts timing has to be pulled further than if the motor was run at the correct timing to start with. Example: Car wants 6 degrees. Car gets given 8 degrees and knocks. To stop the detonation, timing has to be pulled back to less than 6 degrees briefly. Bringing it back to 6 where it wouldn't have knocked is usually not enough to stop it knocking once it has started. I'd prefer a linear timing log that goes 6-6-6-6-6-6 than one that goes 8-4-8-4-8-4-8-4. All of those unheard "pings" will pit a piston crown over time and then its bye bye piston not to mention the hammering that the rod bearings take.
  16. Virgin olive oil and flax seed oil. Also fish oil. I looked up the 8 week blood sugar diet. At this stage I don't think I need to go that extreme as my sugars are ok and I can lose weight how I've already mentioned. Also I wont be able to recover from my workouts if I go too low. Type 1 sucks ass. She has an injection after every meal or snack and has one for over night.
  17. Something I should mention is that liver, kidney, thyroid, blood sugar and every other level came back in the normal range. I check my blood sugar semi regularly as my wife is type 1 diabetic so I can use her equipment.
  18. I already take a couple of fish oils in the morning. A few more won't hurt I spose. I've dropped my fats from 90 to 48. I've got some healthy oils in the cupboard and fridge so I'll focus on those and less on meat and dairy. I'm going back in a month and also in 3 months so I'll see how it all goes. @ROB83R I bought $110 worth of tuna from Costco last month. I have been eating one tin of tuna and one tin of beans post workout, so that's every couple of days.
  19. Yep, I had already defrosted some pork chops yesterday so I made sure I enjoyed it, as it will be a while before I have one again!

  21. I could go an egg and bacon sandwich right now too! Instead I had a coffee and a banana. I'm hungry already but I'm saving my food for after I workout this afternoon and then the rest for dinner.
  22. I set my macros and stick to them. With the lower calorie intake my fat is set to 48 grams per day. If I ate 3 eggs per day I would struggle to meet my other macro requirements with only 20 more grams of fat per day. Nothing is bad per se, it's just that some things like simple carbs need to be taken with due consideration.
  23. I can feel when my bp is up cos it gives me a headache and I can feel the pressure in my head. You're right about being skinny and unhealthy too. I don't look "fat" but clearly eating too many farm animals has taken it's toll.
  24. Lol I will be starving already to eat only 1780 a day. At that level I will lose 1kg per week which is ample for me. In just 8 weeks I'll be close to 95 kg which is probably where I'll stay. I think where I went wrong was buying a side of beef back in January and finishing it recently. Also I bought chickens so I was eating a lot of eggs. You are ight about diet fixing the problem though. Medication just hides the symptoms of eating sh*tty.
