I've had a kelpie/ridgeback mix come on my property last year and try to have a go at me after it tried to attack one of my pets. The owner just kept walking and didn't even look my way even though I was roaring at the dog, let alone make any attempt to retrieve her dog from my front yard. It stood it's ground and had a growl at me and try to bail me up but I flew at it fully intending to boot it across the street and it bolted. As I have young kids playing out the front with me from time to time I asked the local council dog dude what could be done. According to him it actually has to bite on two occasions before it gets destroyed. Sounds like bollocks to me. I said I'd do it the next time it came back. He actually went down the road to address the issue and when he came back he reckoned the owner had more bourbon than coke in her cup and that he fixed her fence so it couldn't get out. No apology from the owner even though she lives four doors down. Sounds like someone owes you a vet fee and a carton at least @OZYWALKER

Thankfully in Australia our laws allow the opportunity to at least flog the dog to death if needed and the owner can cop a hefty beating if the circumstance calls for it. In the right context "lip" is a legal reason to give someone a reasonable beating and delivering them forthright to the coppers. Just need to find a handy piece of driftwood cos fark wrestling an angry dog to death with your bare hands.

Whs^ It won't need a huge adjustment in the tune but it definitely needs checking and touching up.
-
I read his post as he already had the actuator and just swapped the supercore. Of course if he has added an actuator as well then it will need tuning.

Yep I dropped the subframe and removed the diff. Mine currently has 157xxx. I noticed that there had been at least one set of bushes installed previously due to cut marks in the bush housings.

Yeah 2 were pretty stuffed. I could feel that they were worn for a while but when it tramped at the drags it wrecked them. It was so bad that if I gave it any the whole car would lurch sideways and also I would have to correct it if I hit any road variations on the highway. I took many pictures during the process. I'll put them up tomorrow cos I cbf tonight. I'll chuck one or 2 up now. Control blades are in poor condition so I'll replace them soon as well. Also have to replace tailshaft centre bearing asap.

I fitted some new diff bushes today. I swapped out the diff oil while I was at it. The diff bush tool worked beautifully. Although I managed it in decent time I gotta say that doing it in the driveway kinda sucks. I took it for a test drive and it feels heaps better. Now to smash some beers.

From my lookin, it's only the rs that won't fit our turbine housings as it has a revised turbine wheel. Hopefully a turbo workshop/dude who knows, can chime in at these early days whether or not the Ford housing could be machined to suit. It appears that there is a gen 2 gtx version; 76r and 82r that will bolt into the gt/gtx35 rear housing. 850hp bolt on anyone? Makes me wonder if now the 0.7 housing is a restriction and also how our factory/modified wastegates will cope. Perhaps a gtx2 comp wheel is the new 84 addition to our stock turbos when modifying in this case? With a bit of reading on the garret website all should be made relativity clear.
-
I'm quite interested to see what these new turbos can do. Without testing I would choose the bigger one but on paper the 76 seems like a better choice.

Not sure if relevant but I'll mention it anyway. I almost always use my home internet connection, be it mobile or desktop. I've been unable to view the forum for roughly a week, due to an error saying the forum took took long to respond. By fluke I checked the forum when I was on mobile, using mobile data, and it works fine, though I can't immediately see if it's me logged in. I know I was logged in as someone else yesterday, due to the notifications being a different amount. I have no problems with any other site and my home data speeds remain consistent. Btw welcome back @-Stever- ya bungee

Fires can suck a fat one. When the Pinery fire came through I was at home with my 3 (now 4) kids. The missus was at work, half an hour away. I made the call to leave my house when the recommendation came to evacuate. I attached my trailer, put the kids in the car and thoroughly messed up my house packing irreplaceable things and also some clothes. We lost power for 3 days so had to stay in a motel for that time and didn't get phone reception back for about a week. As it turned out, the fire missed our house by about 1km. The smoke made it seem like it was a lot closer. It was not a fun time that's for sure.

To answer Rob, look up the mad cow program. This is generally used after a 5x5 program and can allow you to make progress by doing less reps. To reach ones maximum strength you will need to do some high rep work to build the size of the muscle. A bigger muscle has greater potential for strength.

I'm aiming for; bench 120kg for multiple sets of ten, deadlift 300 plus and squat 200 plus for reps. I think I'll achieve this in 2 to 3 years?! Maybe I won't get there? I'll try at least. I want to try and get at least one state power lifting record. I've got a long road ahead, that's for sure.

I can press 80kg for 20 reps which is part of the program I do. I can deadlift 160kg for 6 to 8. I can squat around 120 for 10 maybe. I usually work around 60 to 80% of my 1rm. I haven't attempted my maximums yet cos I don't want to snap my sh*t up even though I'm currently sidelined. I've lifted bugger all for about a month since I hurt my back. I know my strength hasn't gone down because I tried a workout after a 2 week break and it had gone up. I know my endurance will have taken a hit though. It sucks man.

The kids sugars dropped quickly when she came out cos the missus has type 1 diabetes. She'll be on a glucose drip for a couple more hours then it should be booby after that. She is breathing and sucking well. I fed her some breast milk through a plastic syringe before. Apart from that every other level was fine despite the high in uterine readings for anemia.
-
Thanks! She was 3.44kg, 47.5cm and 35 weeks 6 days. She came early because she was becoming anemic.
-
We've just had a baby girl! Wife and baby are both in good health so all is well.
-
You don't need to know how much you are lifting on a cable machine, you just need to lift a bit more every session so you are progressing. Even if you lift with rocks in a green bag you will still make gains if you add more rocks every time.

Luke Cage is alright. It's not the kind of show that makes me want to sit there and watch 6 episodes in a row but I like to watch it once or twice a week. It's worth a look if only for the themed soundtrack imo.
-
Netflix and beers boys. Alternating between Housos and Luke Cage.

All good mate no arguing here. I was just providing an answer to his question. I agree with your advice of taking it to his tuner. Spending money on a wideband will only tell part of the story and due to the questions asked, the op won't be able to sort it himself. Fwiw a car will more likely run rough and stall from being lean rather than rich in a fuel related situation. If it gets rich enough to miss then it will quickly foul the plugs and not start or run at all after a while.
-
You can use a wideband o2 sensor to check your air fuel ratio. Expect to pay around the $300 mark for a sensor, module and gauge. I have one permanently fitted. Definitely don't change your tune if you don't know what you are doing. Ironically if you loaded the factory tune with larger injectors it will run rich.

One's all you need mate....after you try out a couple of dozen first just to make sure
