Thanks. It's just a matter of putting them all first hence the "bbq coffee"! Heh we have another coming in about 5 or 6 weeks. The missus will have nearly 6 months off with paid parental leave and annual leave so it should be a fun time!

I'll be doing the same thing I do every day if that makes you less salty. Although many a smart arse reckons that looking after 3 kids aged 4 and under with 2 in nappies by yourself 90% of the day is basically like doing nothing, it keeps me busy. Combine that with cooking, cleaning, maintaining cars, looking after the yard and finding a couple of hours a day to exercise and post here I don't have a "day off". If I get 5 minutes alone it's because I stay up late. I'll be "working" too mate even if some will say otherwise.

Frig me the sun did come out for a couple of minutes but it's turned wet and windy again. More reason to stay inside and try to get a sub 5 minute lap time of the Nurburgring in Assetto Corsa.

He hasn't had his bbq boiled coffee yet

Lol wasn't the best but I've had worse. Sometimes you just gotta suck it up and do what you have to. The sun's out now and the kids are playing nicely. I can't ask for more than that.

I went outside to boil water on the bbq at 5:45 this morning. I had to stand next to the bbq cos it was too windy and wouldn't stay lit. After half an hour it had boiled and 30 seconds after I got back inside the power came back on.

Cooking in the rain on the bbq and I hear power is coming back. Hurry up fools, I have Netflix to watch.

Half ya luck. I just got a long drive then whinging kids for the last couple of hours. But...on the plus side the house is fragrant with vanilla from the girly candle I found. It beats stinky nappies hands down. Now to fire up the bbq and umbrella and make some dinner.

The wife is telling me that SA doesn't produce power and some connector between vic and here is rooted. The eta is 4:30am tomorrow.

Fml. Picking up the wife cos she forgot to get petrol today and won't make it home with what she's got. 80km round trip.

The boys don't care. They are happy that the sky is flashing and they get to use their torches. The daughter might not be so happy though.
